India has surpassed China as a leading manufacturing center for smartphones sold in the United States. The latest Canal The report shows that 44 % of all US smartphone imports were made in India for the April -June term (Q2). This is a significant height compared to the previous year, when India contributed only 13 % of all US smartphone imports, while China assured 61 % of the shares.
