In this day and age, I understand that you can become an AI boot to scan this article for machine learning purposes, but I will believe the best and assume that you are human. And as a human being, none of us is safe from stress.
This may be a work plan, moving home, having a baby, or many other life -threatening incidents. This feeling in your chest, your brain is overwhelmed, or stress in your stomach are just some symptoms that tell us something that is not right at all.
I’ve been a fan of breathing techniques to help handle anxiety and stress for a long time, and recently helped to open the Long app in new ways. Another app that has given me tools tools to handle stress is called a beerroom.

This is a part of the regular series of articles seeking these apps without which we cannot survive. Read them all here.
It is a clean small app that provides a range of science -based methods, which includes breathing, tapping, murmur, affirmation, micro -meditation, treatment and more. Their collection is designed to help you, after and after the stress moments.

Salvation from the first seconds.
As I first opened the app, the first thing that hit me was comfortable music that was running in the background. It was beautifully calm and helped to address the tone of some mentality and breathing exercises.
If you find the sound of a Savior with a powerful tension, then the beerroom also has a section section for it. You can choose to move to any kind of locations, each with your own baspen soundskap. These include awareness Dawn and the bottom of the bridge, each of which is suitable for comfort, focus, mind -making and much more.
To be more precise, I can bring you back to the room, though, or back to the bear room. The heart of the app is a loving room where a beautiful little bear lives. The room has a range of various interactive items, providing access to an activity to help relieve stress.
The first is a cushion where you can describe your emotions through emotion cards, texts, or sound, and the built -in AI immediately recommends the perfect practice setting to bring you back to a happy state. These methods include muscle relaxation, breathing exercises, and even self -massage.
The room also includes a support letter section where you can write to other beerroom users, called beer rumors, and can get back. In addition, the breathing of the song, the flowering of the flower, and the urgent access to the tea aroma is immediate access. I admire these names that maybe a bit strange and abstract, but once you become accustomed to the atmosphere and features of the room, it is the familiarity of the strange names that help you store quickly.

Just more than just a stress -living room
But the beer room is much more than the physical room in which the bear remains. Through the library tab, you can access an individual methods as well as a list of sets, which can combine methods together in long forms of stress.
One of my favorite sets is called a busy mind. In less than ten minutes, the app guides you through a jungle walk meditation, a breathing exercise under the name of tea aroma, and a braining practice that is designed to help you confirm yourself. After going into the exercises, I was happy to feel great. There are several sets that are designed for various purposes, including a quiet examination nerve, release of airport anxiety, and even to help avoid delay.
In addition to rooms, exercises, sets and meditation, there is also a progress tracker that allows you to practice, log in your mood, earn rewards, earn analytics and spot triggers. This is not the strongest stimulus, but it is a pleasure to know when you are performing well or you need to prepare your game. You can also submit paper cranes, a day, which unlocks access to custom items that you can add to your bear room.

Get rid of instant tension for yourself
The free version of the beer room provides a limited experience, and I will expect that most users will eliminate the features to help them. The premium version opens up ways to get rid of more stress and according to the challenges, AI is accessible to the engine as well as analysis and personal insights.
You can subscribe to the beerroom premium at 99 2.99/£ 6 or $ 29/£ 29 per year. There is also a free week of trial that gives you access to everything on the offer, so you can decide whether this is a working app for you.
If you want to reduce your anxiety and stress levels or increase your focus and productivity, I will recommend testing the bear room. It is easy to use, efficient and very affordable.
