I sleep in an attic bedroom, which can be terrifying during the summer months when the sun burst from the windows of the roof and the heat stairs rise.

To ensure that I am still resting in the summer, I sleep on one of the best cooling mattresses this year and maintain good sleep hygiene, but I want to test DIY cooling hex on social media whether they are really worth your time.

Last week I put the domestic air in the test (it works but I will not recommend it for a long cooling at night). This week I am duct aluminum foil on my bedroom window – as a sleeping author, never happens. This is that I kept my room cool with this $ 4 cooling hack …

How did I sleep after the use of foil cooling hack

While employing the cave method, I usually close my blackout roller blinds during a hot day to stop the sun’s blurry through your Sky Light Windows and keep my attic bedroom cool.

So I was interested to see if the foil could work better or better than my slightly bad outblowers.

I built my DIY Blackout Blind Setup early in the morning before I started working for the day. When I returned to my bedroom in the evening, it was much colder than when I got out of the sun’s rays all day.

I would even say that my room was cool from the foil instead of blinds, which is due to its reflection standard.

The shiny surface and thin pin of the foil prevents it from absorbing itself, rather than bounce it back and make it effective in preventing heat transfer. In fact, my blackout blinds are years old and it is not a reflection level.

Although my bedroom was cool, it was not cool enough to be wrapped in cores. But with a leg and a leg under the diet (the ideal position of sleep, if you ask me) I didn’t have any difficulty in flowing to sleep.

I think it took me 5 minutes to sleep and I scored 85 % for sleep performance that night, suggesting that I found a peaceful, unmanageable night of rest after the use of cooling hack in this bedroom.

All of them, this indicates my approval.

How to configure your foil blinds

Foil cooling hack is very easy – you cover your windows with aluminum foil, which is available in Walmart from 68 1.68, preventing light and hot sun rays in your home.

You can sprinkle water on your windows and hold the foil in your place so that the foil can stick to them, or make it safe from duct tape. I used the latter method.

I have only a small window in my bedroom so I can set it up in the matter of minutes, but imagine that this time will be troubled with and more/more windows.

However, the key to taking advantage of this cooling hack is failing your windows in an early one day when the sun gets hot, so that when you come to bed, heat rays will not enter your room.

With a little preparation and outfit, this hack can keep your bedroom a cool shelter all day, rather than passing the DIY Air Cons and cooling it at bedtime.

    Word

Even if I will have time and effort to disrupt my windows every summer, it is easy to zip my blinds even if they do not provide the same cooling power.

But if you are looking for a cheap, reasonable sharp bedroom cooling solution, I definitely recommend a tin foil hack. My bedroom was significantly cool and I was able to be trapped in a toss and sweat.

In addition to a few outbreaks of light, foil does a good job to prevent daylight – almost almost close as well as blackout blinds. (Image Credit: Future)

This hack can also be used to prevent light, which helps young children sleeping light summer evening, or helps you sleep in a summer break, without thorns on new blinds.

(However, if you have a budget, there are many blackout blinds and curtains available on Amazon, with prices that start about $ 20.)

Although the foil cooling hack cross -cum method works for me, it fits the cold sleeping each size. For example, my colleague Roth did not like the cave’s method because he had thrown his headcadin rhythm.

Basically, different is able to try different hex and cooling products to find the right for your sleep needs and lifestyle. Early, like changing your evening meal, taking the evening shower in the evening and pulling before bed can help you cool at the maximum sleep temperatures at night.

In addition, especially hot sleeping can require a more strong and personal cooling system to sleep well throughout the year. If hot sleep is a permanent problem, I recommend checking the temperature management of the temperature offered by the best smart beds online (just a big budget requires).
