- Cricket Wireless has refreshed its plan -up, which starts $ 30 a month, which includes low prices and some other opportunities.
- Unlike some rivals, cricket advertising prices include taxes and fees.
- Overall, these projects improve, assuming that network priority and other factors are the same.
This has been a huge year for prepaid shakeups, in which several brands refreshed their lineup, including metro via T -Mobile and Google FI. Now it seems that cricket is also ready to eliminate its offerings with the introduction of four new projects starting at $ 30 a month.
The new lineup is not dramatically different from the old, but it makes some remarkable adaptations to prices and features. Here is a quick error:
- Consumer 10 GB PlanEarlier, cricket offered 5GB and 10GB projects, but this new offer replaces the former, while it maintains a low $ 30-month prices.
- Choose a unlimited plan: This is just a complete reband for the unlimited project, but now starts at $ 35 a month, which is already $ 5 less. The project includes unlimited conversation, text, and data, as well as international calling and texting to Canada and Mexico, which starts at $ 35 a month. This is $ 5 less than the old basic infinite project.
- Smart unlimited plan: This includes everything in the selected project, as well as international texting to 200 countries. You will also get access to 100GB cloud storage and 15GB hotspot, which starts at $ 45 a month.
- High -unlimited plan: $ 55 a month, you get everything from HBO Max, along with ADS, 35GB of additional hotspot data, and 50GB extra cloud storage.
As you have guessed, prices may be even less for people with several lines. Cricket has not yet updated its official pages with all its discount defects, but we know a little about what we expect. For example, you can get two lines of smart unlimited project for $ 75, or which per line. Works up to 37.50. It falls even more for four lines, with a smart unlimited $ 25 per line.
These new projects may not be as big shakes as we have seen from some other players, but low pricing is very welcome. I honestly expected cricket to promote low prices, but for the first time, except for taxes and fees-here, I joke about this T-Mobile move. Thankfully, this is not the case here, and the cricket representative made it clear that taxes and fees are still paid in advertising prices.
Nevertheless, what is less clear is that the network’s priority is what it is on the projects and how it will be compared before. For those who are not familiar, cricket is owned by AT&T, and over the years, its various projects have danced around the priority ladder. For example, despite any marketing to identify this, it was now priority as a postpaid AT&T in the retired high -end project, while the rest were at the lower level.
It is unclear what preference for new projects, and unfortunately, these are not things that are easily clear, AT&T or cricket, so yet, we can only guess unless a third party has a deep test of the network. I can guess an educated and say that I am confident that if one of the projects is still given more priority, it will be an unlimited plan. It is possible that the smart plan can also get high priority, but I would say that it is very likely.
With no major changes in priority or other surprises, these new projects really feel like a improvement, which is always good to see in a world where I hear the postpaid carrier every time and cover that they are getting ready to announce new plans – because I know it only means bad news.
