It is safe to say that no one remembers the old as Lego, especially when the talk is about a classic gadget. The reason for this is that Lego not only copies the form of the past dear tech, but it tries to work again how the items feel. The latest increase in the Lego sets in this category may still be the most famous: the original Nintendo Game Boy’s brick copy.
This new 421 piece set, revealed in San Diego Comic ear 2025, lives one of the most recognizable gaming handhelds at all times-you know, before we have a steam deck and tracked the Nintendo Switch 2 Restics.
About 1: 1 copy A and B buttons, directional +control pads, and other realistic details such as contrast dial and volume slider, which in fact turns. See the pictures below, which I caught inside the Lego booth in the SDCC.

YesBehind is a “working” cartridge slot. This set comes with a two -brick game -made gamepash (Super Marioland and the Legend of Zelda: Link awareness) that you can change inside and out.
You also find the “screens” that let you show one of these legendary sports, or you can keep things easy with the classic game boy startups screen.
And while you really can’t play games on the console of this life -sized, I can argue that the structure and proportion of the OG is taken so well that your brain is filled with the rest. We can use our imaginations, people.
The Lego Game Boy is available for pre -order starting July 24, and will formally launch on October 1st. You will be able to catch it on Lego.com, Lego stores, and selected retailers.
If you have already found a display on the Lego NES Console Set or PAC Main Arcade, the game boy is the next logical addition. But even itself, it is necessary for the people there who remember that the cartridges are blowing dust and playing tetress till dawn.
