- Apple will allegedly offer scratch resistant, anti -reflective coatings on the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max.
- It came months after a report that Apple had decided to use the tech due to production problems.
- Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Ultra already offer protective glass with anti -glare coating.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Ultra both use guerrilla armor display protection of corning. In addition to better stability, Gorilla reduces the glare of the armer screen rapidly. It seems that Apple can also jump on the anti -glyier band wagon later this year.
A “reliable source” told Macrovers (Viewed through Seamless) That iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will get scratch resistant, anti -reflective glass on their screens. Unfortunately, standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air have not been indicated to achieve this feature.
This is not the first time we have heard of Apple to copy Samsung in this regard. We initially heard the rumor in March 2024. However, a Macrovers The source noted in April that Apple has production issues and may have been canceled for the iPhone 17 line. So it looks like Apple’s supplier has now improved production to the point where it can be used in fact.
We hope that Apple’s anti -reflective tech is just as good as Gorlala Armor and Gorilla Armor 2 coats have been seen on the last two ultra -phones of Samsung.
Fellow Aamir Siddiqui found that Gorlala Armer Galaxy S24 is the best thing about:
It is amazingly glare, at the point where you start to see how bad the light on other competitive devices can be.
In any case, we are happy to see that Apple is apparently embracing anti -Glaer Tech on the iPhones. But we hope this is just the beginning and that more smartphone makers adopt these coatings soon.
