    • Apple Yotuber is sued for access to a development iPhone for Front Page Tech against June processor and months before the launch to leak the iOS 26 details.
    • The litigation has alleged that a partner of a conspiracy to misuse trade secrets and to secretly recording the unlawful characteristics.
    • This is an extraordinary aggressive legal move for the tech company, which we have never seen from the Android brand.

Apple is usually better than most Android brands to keep their unoccupied products and software. Although leaks around the Apple launches in recent years have become more common, it is very little for a full photo of a new iPhone or iOS update even before the company’s unveiled. For most parts, neither Apple nor Android OEMS react strongly to the leak, such as occasionally DMCA Tech Down, as we have seen from Samsung. However, the recent set of Apple -based YouTuber June Processer (Front Page Tech) seems to have crossed a line, and the Capartino Company is now responding with a legal proceedings (via Via Macrovers,

Apple claims that the processor’s iOS 19 leaks (which leaked about iOS 26) were not based on indicators or speculations, but they were illegally acquired by a now -operated employee, an unauthorized access to the development iPhone handled by Ethan Lipnak.

The prosecution alleges that the processor conspired with the tech product analyst and video editor Michael Ramakyotti, and accessed the lipke’s device using his own code. The company claims that the pair has used location tracking to determine when the lipinic “will go for a period of expansion.” Ramakyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy broke the iPhone of the lipke and made a fee -time call to the processor, which recorded it to make videos while displaying the upcoming iOS. This is the theater that you will expect from spy thriller, not a smartphone coverage.

Meanwhile, the processor has clearly denied Apple’s claims in legalism. In a post on x, Utuber wrote:

This is not the case at my end. Fortunately there are receipts for it. I didn’t plan to access anyone’s phone. I had no password. I was unaware of how the information was obtained. Looking forward to talking with Apple.

The processor also posted a chat screenshot indicating that he was offered content and did not plot to get them.

In Android land, the leak is not taken seriously. Google’s pixel phones often leaked before months, sometimes even in full reviews of Vietnamese YouTubers. Samsung and One Plus are also prone to regular software and hardware leaks that are extremely accurate. Nevertheless, the answer is rarely or legal.

Apple’s litigation shows that the company is now leaked very seriously to employees. The company claims that in his own words, he learned the details of the scheme, through an audio message he sent to Lipnik, which he shared with the company. Apple also noted that Ramakyotti acknowledged the scheme and told the company that the processor had promised to “find a way to get a payment”.

Apple is now not only looking for losses, but is also pushing for a stay order to prevent further disclosure of its commercial secrets, based on information leaked by the Lampic’s development iPhone.
