When it comes to collecting the perfect desk setup for your needs, a small custom can make a long journey to make an excellent product even more useful.
Don’t misunderstand me, McMC M4 is easily one of the best mini -PCs you can get today but as I noted in my MacCi M4 review, it’s not perfect.
The upgrade of united memory from 8GB to 16GB is certainly a welcome change as it has a powerful new M4 chip and fully re -designed aluminum case. However, after spending 8 months with McMoney M4, my original grips with the device are still correct today.
You can like
For those starting, Mac Money M4 has no USB-A port. Instead, you will find two USB-C ports on the front and three Thunderbolt 4 ports in the back. Although it is okay if you are using Apple’s wireless accessories such as magic keyboards and magic mouses, it is not ideal if you have old periods you will use instead.
The Mac Money M4’s Power button is also in a strange position on the bottom of the device. If you leave your computer 24/7, then this cannot be a problem. However, if you want to give strength to your computer at the end of the day by saving a bit on your electric bill at the same time, this is less than ideal.
Finally, the twenty version of MacCi M4 comes with only 256GB storage. This is not enough for most people, and whenever you do this, the cost of upgrading more storage terms costs $ 200, which is usually a very affordable Mac, which has $ 599 less greedy.
Although there are many different centers and stands here that look at McMuni M4’s largest downside, I recently tried the issue of Oreko’s new Manipro dock. I think finally I have customized my Mac Money in a good way, especially now that it looks like a mini -Mac Pro.
Easy Install

Just like McMeni M4, Orako’s Manipro dock also includes an aluminum chassis. However, unlike some other stands and hits that you can get, it has not yet goes down or up to Apple’s smallest Mac. Instead, you literally enter your Mac Money M4 and close the lid.
To avoid scratching and wandering your Mac Money M4 from it, O Ourco has developed the case of his Manipro dock with a silicone internal lining that puts this device in its place. Although the smooth matte on the sides of this case ends, the front and back section have the same circular cutout that you get significantly more expensive on the Mac Pro.
There are also two handles on the bottom and metal feet to complete the sight. However, you will not find any optional wheels like Mac Pro, but for yourself 9699, you will still be better without Apple’s most expensive optional accessories.

In the case of Orako’s Manipro dock, it is as easy as installing your MacCi M4 as much as it may. You just press the slider to remove its side panel and from there, you will just push your Mac Money inside.
I like this approach to some of the other centers that I have seen when you find a complete self -made unit that protects your MacCi M4 from scratches. While I haven’t tried it yet (nor am I planning), I can bet that if this happens to fall from your table, the case of the Manipro dock will also protect the computer.

Orico sells two versions of his Manipro Post Case: one with a free slot for SSD and one with a pre -installed SSD. I decided to check the former because not only is it cheaper but you can also increase its storage to 8TB. To access the SSD slot, there is a removable panel at the bottom of the case and you get a pad of thermal paste so that you can put it under your SSD to keep it cool after installing it.

Opening the bottom panel and transferring my 1TB WD-Black SSD to my humiliating Mac Mini M4 Hub and Stand to Orko’s Manipro Post Case was one and took only a few minutes. With both my Mac Mins M4 and SSD installed, it was time to plug everything and take your new wrong Mac Pro Take.
Ports and lightning where you need them

I have to acknowledge that with the Mac Mini M4 and with a persecution stand and center below it, I was often inclined to remove this apple -driven mini -PC.
Now with it in the case of Maniprock dock, I felt as if it deserved to be front and center, which is why I put it on the left of the desk shelf over my desk. Not only is it now a piece of conversation, but with the influence of MacCi M4, the computer is also getting a lot of air flow.
Just like Satyichi’s Stand and Hub, Maniprock Dock uses the same cable to connect your MacMoney M4. Although a good touch with this matter is that it is a separate cable rather than a hard wired like a Satyichi, which means that if you need it, you can always change it later. I also like the fact that Oriko has broken for a white white cable as it certainly fits better with Apple’s entire aesthetic.

Around the front, you easily access both a microSD and an SD card reader. However, there are also large squares and rectangular cutouts that allow you to easily reach the front ports of McMuni M4.
They sit a little distance inside the Manipro dock, but I really talk like this because they mix in the matter when you do not need them, but when you do, it is easy to reach them.

In addition to its unique shape and additional storage it is easy to add, the second big thing about the case of the Maniprock dock is that the MacCi M4’s power button is much more accessible. On the hubs and stands where your Mac Money sits up, you still have to reach the back of the back, but thus, it is exactly the same place that is through all the ports behind.
Talking about the backyard ports, all of Mac Money M4 are actually in the same cut -out in the back of the case. However, in addition to these people, you also find two USB-A ports on both sides, between which there is an additional USB-C port.
In my Mac Desk setup, I am using one of these USB-A ports for the entire size of the SM3 Salem Mechanical keyboard and the other for the trackball mouse from the Lajtic. Although many people have been able to use Bluetooth for their peripherals, I still prefer 2.4 GHz wireless USB dongles.
The reason for this is that I often go beyond using a mini -PC in another and I just plug one of them and are ready to go against the Bluetooth pair process each time.
Although it is worth noting that the Lajtic Aergo M575s Mouse and the Setti SM3 keyboard that I am currently using in this desk setup also have Bluetooth support.
A new way of Mac Money

From Gacom A6 to Khadas’s mind, there are many large mini -PCs there for various workflows and desk setups. However, with McMC M4, there are endless accessories that allow you to customize the use of Apple’s mini -PC style and experience.
Although you can get a similarly specific, windows -based mini -PC for the same price or even cheaper, you are losing the ability to customize it after the fact.
Whether you want more ports, stands or even less desk mount hubs, chances are almost endless. They just look at the eyes. Not as you can look at the case of Orco’s Maniprock dock and Satyichi’s Mac Mini M4 Hub and Stand as they both allow you to add additional storage without paying Apple Taxes.
Whatever the option you decide to go, you always have the freedom to bring the extra storage you have, and have the freedom to change things later.
For me, I intend to keep my Mac Money M4 for the future in the case of this Manipro Dock because I not only like its unique form but now stands vertically with the computer, it helps free more space on my desk.
