    • An employee used a very bad AI infield image to promote graphic designer jobs in the Xbox
    • The picture depicts a woman’s writing code that somehow appears on the back of a computer monitor, other than other problems
    • This ad is particularly strange because Microsoft has recently completed more than 9,000 people

LinkedIn a post on them looking for graphic designers for the Xbox is going viral for the frightening AI-influx. The Principal Development Lead for Xbox Graphics, Mike Mattal, shared a post with the role announcement, with which a woman’s innocent cartoon appears in the work station typing code at first glance. Except that the code is on the back of his monitor, and this is the beginning of problems with the image.

From the fact that Microsoft ended several tours, which affected more than 9,000 people, including many people in the Xbox Division just a few weeks ago, making it even more strange.

The more you look at the image, the more clear it is made with (bad) AI. The computer is non -connected to anything, does not eliminate the fade of desk, and the shadow does not mean. In addition, does Microsoft want someone’s graphic to use Apple headphones clearly? Do not mention the fact that in 2025, you are not very likely to see anyone with a Cord iPhone headphone almost 20 years ago.

The image at least sells the idea that Microsoft is in dire need of graphic designers, or at least those who know that when the graphics are very wrong. Dozens of comments on the post emphasize how many people are disturbing this post. There are a lot of developers and graphic designers who are otherwise interested in those positions.

    Weird ai

The fact is that it was not just a bad image, but a job that disrupted the whole point of the job advertising, really surprised in the mind. It is like handing over to flights to the bakery that uses clip art of melting candles with “bread” written on the attached label.

It is so strange that some commentators wonder what it is on. It may be a way to attract open positions, or, unlikely, a form of malicious compliance by someone who has been instructed to announce open jobs after these positions were recently taken to these positions. Or maybe it was the fastest sarcasm ever seen on LinkedIn.

They are unlikely, but they are saying that they are not impossible at all. An advertisement whose symbol is worried about everything, especially a lot of artistic jobs, is being promoted, it will be very clear to use in a joke. Nevertheless, apparently, now it is a fact.

The fact is that Microsoft is currently investing billions of dollars in AI, which only increases the contradictory reaction. Even if it was not formally approved by Microsoft, they still have an Xbox logo. Then once again, even senior executives can counter it when discussing and using AI.

Just last week, the Executive Producer in the Xbox Game Studios Publishing advised Matt Turn Bill that recently people could turn to AI Chat Boats to help relieve their emotional problems and find new jobs. They took down the article that encouraged former employees to find jobs and use AI tools for “emotional explanation”, ultimately, but this graphic destruction appears to the public, as contrary to the code hidden behind the back of the monitor.
