    Google Pixel Watch 3 is the best Android Smart Watch to buy right now and for good reason. It looks great, offers smart software, and making it a beautiful complete package Liats makes it more and more features of its fit -but -powered health and fitness.

    If you are a runner, Google’s latest smart watch has developed you well, and includes the ability to make custom running workouts. You may know it as a break training, but if not, it is a session made of low intensity and high intensity parts. This type of session can offer benefits to your running speed and running.

    If you want to run a break and guide you while keeping an eye on your progress like your Pixel Watch’s idea, you can do this on both the clock and the fit butt app.

    How to create a custom running exercise on Google Pixel Watch 3

    • First, go on Fit Bit Workout App On the clock and tap Drive Option
    • On this next screen, tap the icon with a Square stack.
    • It takes you to the exercise screen. Swipe to scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Search for the larger + Icon and tap.

    • Find the custom icon from here and tap again.
    • The next screen will show you the ingredients that create your custom running workout.
    • If you want to add a warm -up part of your workout, tap the toga with it. You can then tap to adjust the warm -up time. You can do the same for the cold part of the exercise.

    • Among the where you add your intervals. These are the parts of the exercise where you run your race and also rest between running.
    • Tap the interval option then select whether you want it to be run or rest.

    • If you choose a run, then you will be transferred to the choice that looks like this run. Do you want this interval to be time -based, distance or not with any set target?
    • If you choose to choose the distance, you will be able to select your desired distance and tap the measurement unit to move between miles or kilometers.

    • Once you add a break in the exercise, you are able to reset them by pressing the icon next icon to move them up or down.
    • There are additional options below the exercise so you can enable alerts to specific parts of your workout as well as name exercise and adjust what data you will see on the screen.

    • Once you finish your workout, if you are ready to do it, you can hit the big play button in the top of the screen.

    How to create custom running exercise for Pixel Watch 3 on Fit Bit app

    If you are looking for a little bit of construction of these exercises on the clock, you have the option to build them on the Fit Bit app. Then you can harmonize them with the watch where you can select it from the run -tracking screen when you are ready to do it.

    The first important part is that you will need to download the first Fit Bit app, which hopes you have already worked with the initial setup of your watch. Liniting your Pixel Watch 3 to the foot butt app will enable you to get the most out of the ship’s health and fitness properties.

    Once you get that fit butt app and you all log in, what do you need to do:

    Get quick access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, big deals and helpful points.

    • Go to Today Find the app section and larger + The icon, which should be in the bottom of the screen.
    • Tap + And then tap Make a run.
    • What you get on the next screen is a widespread mirror of what you will see while taking a watch route to build a workout. You can customize the warm -up and cool down parts of the workout and add your intervals.

    • Once you are happy with the prepared workout, tap on it Save Buttons in the upper part of the screen where you will be indicated to name the workout.
    • You can also choose to save and start the screen by tapping this option at the bottom of the screen.
    • Once you harmonize your watch with the fitt app, now this exercise should have been sent to your watch.

    To find it, open the running option in the Fit Bit Workout app, tap this icon with square stacks and you should see your created exercise in the next screen.

    Tap to choose and you will show your workout so you can take a look at what you are going to deal with.
