Google is ready to integrate its two mobile computing platforms into a united system. According to Sameer Samat, president of Google’s Android Eco System, the company will “connect Chrome OS and Android to the same platform.” No timeline was given, but this head confirms the report we published in November 2024.

This development can prove to be an important victory for smartphone users in search of more compact computing systems, but this idea comes with strange compromises. Want to use your smartphone as a laptop? You will need a screen to plugin. A mouse and a keyboard in the list will be next. At this point, you can still use Macos or Windows laptops, okay? This is something I love to answer.

Do you think this development will change your personal computing habits in the future?

    Here are some more questions:

    • What do you think joint Android and Chrome OS attacks in the computing industry?
    • Will you be ready to dig your current Windows or Macos Setup for the future of Google’s Unified Mobile OS?
    • Do you think smartphones will ever replace laptops or desktops?
    • Will a united OS pills come back to Vogue and reduce the importance of smartphones?
    • Do you really use the current large screen computing features of Android? If you have a Samsung phone, do you use Dax?

Make sure to vote in the elections below!
