Google has abandoned Samsung and is turning into TSMC for future tanker chip sets – first, Tancer G5, Pixel 10 will strengthen the series and is already rotating on the Gake Bench. The next Pixel Watch 4, however, is not changing the chip sets.
The latest report is that Google Watch 3 and Watch 2, Snapdragon will reuse the chip set like the W 5 General 1. This 2022 chip is manufactured on 4NM node and has four cortex-A 53 core.
We have recently heard that Qualcomm is working on Snapdragon W6, with a large Kartx-A78 core and four A55 core, but it seems that Google has no interest in it. Instead, the company can only restrict the time unless its custom tensor is ready for the chip Pixel Watch 5. He had heard at the end of 2024, and the leak indicated that the tanker chip would have 1X A78 + 4x A55 setup like W6 in the chip – this is the same sequence in which the Samsung W1000 has been reused.
