I can’t say enough: hip flexible, hip flakes, hip flakes. Whether you are training for the next marathon or a comfortable runner that enjoys the weird 5K, your hip flakes are important when you walk, and strengthening them will keep you hurt and strong.

It is known as the Stabilizer, and they run the fronts of your hips to your thighs. If you are a runner, you need to keep your hips strong and mobile while walking, which means to do a little homework when you are not hitting the road or track.

Here are three exercises that I swear to help you, and why you need to keep your hips bulletproof. Grab a great yoga mate for domestic workout, and dig.

Whenever I talk to someone who hurts the back, I immediately. I ask them if they work to stretch, move, or strengthen exercises in the three major fields: hamstring, glutes and hips. Yes, the basic work, but more pain in the waist is caused by stiffness or weakness in these areas.

Your hip flakes are technically part of your primary muscle and sit with the pelvic in the front of your hips. They can flexibility and increase, and help you lift your feet and knees towards your torso. Think about marching on the spot for example.

The main hip elastic you need to inform you are PSOAS, Rects Femores and Elias. It does not matter that your age, weak or tight hips can increase the risk of high use in other areas and potentially hurt the line.

It may be if you are particularly absurd (Hello, desk dealers like me), so if you have a job that includes a lot of sitting or you are runner and using your feet often in your game, it’s for you.

I’m clearly stating that when I say runners use their legs. Duh. But whatever you run, work in a large range of motion of your hips when you draw your knees upwards and lift your feet, then step down and increase the leg (swing and contact). Your hip elastic also helps to rotate your hips externally.

Football players, sprinters and long jumpers also need strong hips to tolerate the effects of their game and achieve the proper range of movement and movement mechanics.

What are the symptoms of weak hip elasticity?

When you have hip elastic weakness, pain or tightness can often appear, and when you should feel in the basic muscle, or if your basic is also weak, you can feel mainly exercises in your hips. If they feel the pinch or excessively, it may be time to strengthen them.

Although the bottom exercises are targeted on the hips, but don’t be afraid, because many of the best exercises also work your hip flakes muscles, such as the legs increases or out and out. This means that there are many ways to target them.

How do you release a tough hip flaxer?

Foam rolling, stretching and mobility exercises can help relieve the hardness of your hips, which can also relieve lower back pain. Below, I have listed a strength move, a movement of movement and a hip stretch that you can do to enhance and strengthen your hips.

    Strengthen: Catalable Hip March

Use a light kettle and place it on the floor in front of you. Post your foot with a bell window so that the handle sticks to a wide part of your foot. Stand tall and place your hands on your hips and lift your chest.

Bend with one side or pain in your back, bend your right leg and pull your knee toward your chest until you reach the hip -hip. Keep your knee at 90 degrees, then keep your leg down again.

If you prefer, use the resistance band instead.

Complete 8-12 representatives, then switch the sides. The purpose of 3-4 seats.

It will examine your balance and movement while using the kidnapping will also rotate the hip externally. This means that your glutes are also active or “external glutes”.

Knee on a mat and move your right toe, bend the legs to 90 degrees. Keep your hands on your hips or if you prefer something, lengthen your spine and relax your shoulders. Think tall torso. Engage your basic muscles.

I want to use yoga block or book for this exercise, but you don’t need. If you want to use one, keep it a few inches to the left of your right leg.

With control, keep your right leg away from the mat and hold it, then step it on the block and place your foot on the other side of the block on the floor.

Focus on control and try not to hurry or swing your leg. If it feels very severe, just focus on lifting, stopping and reducing.

Go to the other side for 8-12 representatives, then switch the legs. The purpose of 3-4 seats.

    Continuous: lizards

The lizard spreads the musoas muscles and is terrific to release tension in the tight hips. Start with your right toe in the lower long and move the left leg behind you. Make sure your left knee is comfortable on the mat.

Keep your hands flat on the mat inside your front leg. Focus on lifting your back, lifting your back, comfortably and lifting your chest to the spine. Pull your right knee slowly without lifting the ankle.

To pull your left leg, shuffle your left leg or get down on your hills. You can also place wells or hands on a block or book. Avoid rotating, and just take this option if your back is upright. From here, I like to kick my back heel to my butt to increase the quad, but it’s optional.

    Throughout for 60-90 seconds.
