- Pixel phone users are experiencing a frequent running bug in which their alarm fails to end due to “unknown reason”.
- This alarm bug has been reported on a pixel phone at least 2021, and Google has allegedly failed to copy or fix it.
- As a work, users can use alternative alarm apps, or even physical alarm watches.
At the end of the week, frustrating users took a redemption to complain about the lost alarms of their pixel phones. The screenshot jointly shows that the alarm did not fire because of an “unknown reason”, often expanded several times more than once.
These are also not reports once. Many of the recent Reddate Thread users said that this bug has happened a few times, even on a stable version of the Android and Clock app. One user even claimed that Google could not copy the issue, so no one is right. Another claimed that he was on a journey with him, which led to his flight.
Some users suggested that this problem may enter the phone’s battery saving mode. However, the original poster confirmed that it was not. Even if it was, the alarm should still end in battery saving mode. The phone did not even close at night, the alarm volume was full, and all DND settings were closed, including the mood at bedtime.
