The Middle Range of LG is OLED in C 5 2025. It provides an incredible image, a complete combination of gaming and plenty of additional features. It also comes with a stand, while the LG G5 does not.

The LG flag is OLED in G5 2025. It offers an incredible picture in which you will find on OLED TV. It is also full of features. As one of the brand’s latest TV, you are unlikely to get a grace on the G5, and the TV stand is sold separately.

    Professor

    • Almost unprecedented shine for OLED

    • A little more expensive for what you get
    • There is no ATSC 3.0 toner

LG just released its 2025 OLED TV lineup, and not surprisingly, these models are included in the best TV you can buy right now.

The flagship is LG G5 on the tip -up of the lineup. It is one of a handful of OLED TVS in 2025 that takes advantage of all new, fourth -generation OLED panels of the LG display.

The bottom distance below the G5 is LG C5 OLED, an incredible, five -star TV that connects excellent performance with a more acceptable price tag than the flagship G5.

They share many features and design elements, but you should really know what separates them before reaching your credit card. Fortunately, I have experienced more than a decade of testing and reviewing TVS, and I am very familiar with these two LGO LEDs.

These are similarly specific TVs, but let’s break some important differences.

The G5 supports 4K gaming on 165Hz, but the C5 is closed at 144hz. You don’t really have to worry about yourself unless you are planning to use one of these TVs with gaming PC, because the current Generation Consoles are at the top of 120 Herz for 4K games.

The G5 also taps a better processor, but most of the benefits here are behind the curtains. In terms of user experience, they are largely the same.

Dolby Vision Support is in both of these TV cards, though HDR10+ is absent. I won’t worry about it, however, because dolby vision is more popular in various streaming platforms.

When it comes to the size availability compared to his soup -up siblings, the C5 has a slight edge. The C5 series has 42- and 48-inch models who want a small size TV for people, or for those who want to use LG OLED TV as monitor.

Last year, the LG included a stand with its G series 55- and 65-inch version of the G series OLED. However, all the new G5 Does not Come with a stand at any size, as LG assumes that most people intend to take advantage of TV’s gap -free, wall -mounted design.

You can check the G5 separate sold stand in the picture above. It is a strong, pedestal style stand that enters the back of the panel.

The G5 is significantly thicker than the C5, but so the panel can sit against the wall.

The C5 (viewed) box contains a stand. This is a more appropriate choice, though it will not take such a sleeve if the wall is riding.

I dig the appearance of a C5 stand -like slab, which praises TV’s eye -operated thin.

Both TVs arrive with a new, thin down remote, with a different set of buttons that we saw on the previous LG magic remote.

These clicks offers control, such as Wii, for which the LG TV remote is known, but they do not have the input button. This, to me, is a serious boomer, because whenever you change the input, you have to pull the TV menu.

Although I cannot diminish how cool the G5 looks in its wall, it cannot be denied that more and more people are in the market for TV with a stand. (It also helps that the C5 is seriously looking good.)

Thanks to its fourth-generation OLED panel from the LG display, G5 is one of the brightest OLEDs we have ever experienced, which has fought only QD-Uleds of Sony and Samsung.

When you make it famous with an incredible contrast OLED display, you find an unprecedented picture that has a depth feeling.

Make a mistake, however: When it comes to brightness, C5 is not crushed. It is not equipped with the latest panel of LG display, but with more than a thousand nuts brightness, you will still have plenty of Oh And Ah At.

The G5 promoting brightness really makes a difference during the cinema, HDR mastered material.

The G5 also offers a bright overall picture. During the day TV, sports broadcasts, YouTube videos, you name it – G5 is going to pack more cartoon.

If you keep these TVs together, you can also find bright, bold color on G5. It does not offer a goosemquet pure colors that we expect from quantum dot growing OLEDs, but covers more than 80 %. 2020 colorful games, and it is a great specialization to keep it in your back pocket.

In almost every other way, these TVs are just as impressive. Both LG offers incredible out -of -the -box accuracy in LG filmmaker mode and both supply 10 MS input Latics. They are just terrific TV.

However, G5 performance chips cannot be denied. Its growing brightness really makes a difference during the cinema, HDR mastermid material. This is the main reason to spend more on G5.

LG C5 vs. LG G5: Smart platform and features

This is perfectly straightforward: When software and features are talked about, the C5 and G5 are the same.

They are the latest version of the LG proprietary smart platform, around WebOS 25. Is this my favorite? No. But, for most people, webos will be fine daily as a driver. Its app support is relatively strong, and while there is a large number of sponsored materials throughout the place, navigation is very easy.

With a new AI button on the remote, the C5 and G5 offer several AI -based features. The purpose of these new bells and whistles is how the user discovers new content and maintains the preferences to view in user profiles.

There is also an AI chatboat that aims to help people nause TV software and choose what to look ahead. I haven’t used this feature enough to meet how I feel about it, but it is available on both models.

Things of gaming features, most of the models, are mostly the same. As mentioned, HDMI is 2.1-welfare in all four inputs. This is great, because you do not have to think too hard to think about which port a given device should use.

C5 and G5 also arrive with variable refresh rate (VRR), Auto Lattency Mode (ALLM), AMD Freesync Premium and G-Sync in compatibility for smooth gameplay.

And, although the G5 supports 4K gaming on 165Hz, the C5 is at the top 144Hz. However, I will not sweat until you expect the C5 as a monitor.

The majority of the viewers, these sets are basically the same when the features are talked about. An argument can be made that the maximum view of the G5 should win it in this category, but I cannot bring myself to distribute these hair.

    Winner: Intimidation

When comparing the score of 100, the difference between 94 and 95 does not seem much. But this 1 -point difference is filled with 1,000 additional nuts of HDR highlighting, improved color volume and extra warming, with knowing that you are buying a top -off line, flagship TV.

If you are the kind of person who, deep down, know that they will never be satisfied without these warm emotions, you will be justified to spend more on the flagship model.

Right now, 65 inch LG G5 Best BUY has 99 2,999. It’s a spicy mat, but it’s even $ 400 to its specific price, so you have to go for you.

On the other hand, 65 -inch LG C5 was only sold in 7 1,799. This is about $ 1,000 from its usual price, and we are talking about one of the best ODTVs of the year.

For most people, C5 is just a good bet. Its relatively reasonable pricing tag is one of the major reasons why it received the ranking of a five -star in our review. If you do not mind leaving some of the key benefits of performance on the table, it will be the best center of a room or domestic theater.
