Our Smartphones are the digital assistant of our smartphones, without the Secretary, PA or Underpad internal to take research and administrator. And with the ability to use Generative AI and more personal data, these assistants can work more than a few years ago.
With Apple, Samsung and Google, with the better intelligence of our AI tools, with great promotion of our latest phones, it has raised the question to us who is the most capable digital assistant after we have come halfway to 2025. Is Google and Gemini quite powerful to take Google and Gemini? And where does Samsung’s combination of Galaxy and his proprietary Galaxy AI tools fit into all of them?
Hope to respond to the following comparisons. Using the same indicators, covering numerous common steps you want to do on a daily basis, we will show you which phone and which AI assistant will automate things and hope that your life will be easy.

Add a reminder
An easy indication of starting: Make a reminder so I don’t forget to capture some groceries later. This is something in which digital assistants were capable of generating AI before coming, so we should not see any phone struggle here.

No one is surprised, the iPhone, the Galaxy and the Pixel are all able to do so easily. However, there are some interesting limits to note. For example, Siri was only able to remind Apple’s reminders app, not my usual tick app, neither the Google Cap, nor the Apple note. There is no problem, but unfortunately if you were hoping that Siri would work with non -Apple apps.

On Pixel, Gemini set this reminder in Google Tasks, an app that any Google account owner can use, but the one I didn’t download on my phone. After setting it, tapping the reminder opens the task in the Chrome tab, which would be a proper compromise if Gemini had actually set up a task according to the command. So make sure you download the apps you need before you try to take care of Gemini’s important reminders.

This is a similar story on the galaxy, except that you can ask Gemini to remind one of Google Tasks or Samsung’s reminder. It can even transfer work between the two, even though deleting one and re -making one text and re -making the same text and alert time in the other.
Fortunately, unlike the pixel, Samsung’s reminder is automatically installed on the Galaxy S25 ultra, which means that there is no strange chrome shenianan on the pixel.
Winner: Galaxy S. 25 Ultra
Identify this item
A good AI assistant should be able to identify things on the screen or through your camera lens. So I opened a picture of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge on every phone, and then asked what device I was looking for.
On the galaxy and pixel, the best way to do this is to call the circle to find and pull the item you are interested in.

I also tried to identify Gemini and screenshots on Samsung. It’s not okay, with a chat boot announcement that the phone was actually a flash drive.
Sri needed to tag in Chat GPT to find an answer to my question. This is usually effective, but when you can easily open a chat GPT, relying on alternative service is a police officer. But unfortunately for the iPhone, the iconic response and limited context to tell Suri to tell Siri that this is a different Samsung phone.
Winner: Galaxy S. 25 Ultra/Pixel 9 Pro XL
Change my screen sparkle
Knowing yourself is probably the most difficult thing, including smartphone assistants. So we checked which of our testing phones can tell us how to change the brightness of the device’s screen, or even take care of it for us.
The only one who was able to complete the task is surprising, the iPhone. Although this screen does not get into the poor, my brightness was about 50 % before asking, and then 75 %, Siri also pops the slider so that I can adjust myself more clearly.

Both the Galaxy and the Pixel replied – that Gemini could not direct me directly, but could provide a link to the relevant settings page. This is still very useful, especially if you wanted complete manual control over the brightness, but this is not as full the answer as it can give.
Winner: IPhone 16 Pro Max
Fix the alarm for an hour’s time, then turn it into a 30 -minute time
Sometimes it is natural to change my mind, so I wanted to see how our candidates would compose an update according to a command, especially about the timer setting. In each recipe, cooking time sometimes reads.

Siri and Gemini twins attracted both of them when I updated my request by making my request. So as an additional test, I tried to see what would happen if I wanted to edit the timer.

It showed some interesting differences in abilities. On the iPhone, Sri deleted an hour’s timer and then started 30 minutes instead.

The Galaxy phone created an error, probably because Gemini does not have the means to make such a change in the Samsung watch app, just Google -made one. It seems that since the pixel was able to complete the same application fully, an hour -long timer could be updated so that its actual name was still pending while walking to different lengths. You can consider winning for Apple and Google for its draw or pixel, depending on what results you personally prefer for the overwriting timer. But in any way, Samsung lost here.
Winner: Google Pixel 9 Pro/iPhone 16 Pro Max
Check the next game date, and add it to your calendar
When we arrive at the end of our comparisons, it is time to see how Apple Intelligence, Galaxy AI and Gemini handle the multi -section requests. It has recently been advertised in Gemini’s capabilities, and can be a powerful time saver if it works properly.
This two action prompt should be given the date of the next Crystal Palace Football Game (against Liverpool at the beginning of the next Premier League season in August) and also add that in my calendar, ideally, my Google uses more than this time, but I accept the invitation of the Apple Calendar as an iPhone compromise.

Unfortunately, the iPhone of the iPhone failed to admit that I was asking him to include a calendar event, I don’t have any asking about anyone already. When I divided into the gesture, Sri presented a link about the Google search results, which did not directly tell me the match history, or the answer to the chat GPT, which offered me the date of the last game of Palace, not the next. Disappointed all around.

This Galaxy S25 ultra and Pixel 9 Pro -XL works flawlessly, thanks to Gemini’s cross -app action capability. Both analyze the command at the same time, read me history and set the Google Calendar event.

Find me gluten -free prescription, send it to a friend and add the link to the note
I have saved the most complex work for the last, which needs to find and pass the information between at least three different apps. He made some efforts for the three phones, and none of them did exactly as I said. But finally, there was a clear winner.

The iPhone just presented the Chat GPT response to this question. With the help of a third party AI, Siri was the only assistant who asked what kind of gluten -free me I want (I chose dinner to meet others). He then provided a copy prescription and method, but admitted that he could not make a note or message with this information. It did not even provide a link to the prescription source, which is a difficult deal for the one who comes with it, but unfortunately there is a permanent problem with all AI chat boats.

Pixel initially tried to send a link to my work number instead of just making notes. When I asked to add the Google Cap notes before sending the message, I was unable to do so. Breaking the tasks into two separate gestures eventually gave me the desired result.

It was Samsung who got the closest, arranged the Google Cap Note (after asking that I want a cap or Samsung notice note) and message to my work number with the link link. My only complaint was that the link used by Gemini in this example was the Gemini conversation rather than the website itself. The message link was from the original version, which is more important for sharing purposes.
Winner: Galaxy S. 25 Ultra
Word
I began my testing, assuming that Siri is going to be dead for the last time, with Samsung and Google, both will be a joint winner using the same basic Gemini chat boot. But as we have found, things are more complicated.
Siri is not very good at dealing with multi -part commands, and obviously Apple’s app is still firmly tied to the ecosystem. However, it was as capable of understanding my most complex questions as Gemini was on the other two phones, whether he could not always be provided or had to run with GPT for help.
Gemini, whether pixel or galaxy, is definitely a better AI assistant, in which the Galaxy version is probably a bit better because it offers to cooperate with Samsung apps as well as Google. It seems that it also better understand my multi -faceted questions, though it can be the fate of his fate as Gemini did to understand my questions at a moment.
