    MSRP: 99999

The specific range from a 10 -kilometer manufacturer is in ideal conditions. In fact, a reliable link is obtained at 1 km or less. Its rating of its IP67 provides reliable operation in strict external conditions, and with dual GBE ports, it can increase the reach of remote location with wired Ethernet to more than 100 meters. AES-256 Promotes Encryption Security, and Optional Support for Compliance with FIPS-140-2 ensures reliable and secure communication.

Built -in GPS enables the device’s accurate location and network mapping, which requires assets tracking and network integration without interruption.

Web -based surveillance and administration allow auto providing and large -scale deployments through the Unified Cloud Service and Mobile app. The EOC655 uses 21W, which makes it ideal for remote locations where energy supply is limited, such as solar form. A double -core A53 CPU, which is endorsed by 1GB RAM and 8GBEMC, provides premium features such as quality and VLAN support.

EOC655 costs 99999 It does not include an unit and external antenna. The same unit, equipped with two 18 DBI antenna, is priced 00 1100 and can cover up to 10 km. EOC655 can be bundled with even better antenna, which provides up to 00 1300 on a maximum input of up to 10 km.

    Engineus EOC655: Design

The engineus wireless bridge ships with a accessory box that consists of mounting cuts, ethernet wires, and a pow adapter. A metal ring saves the unit in the outdoor post with a patch. The white plastic wall lacks heat consumption and will be heated over time. Two Ethernet connectors connect the box to the network while two Types of women allow external antenna to increase the connector bridge range. The box measures 27 cm x 23 cm x 82 mm and weighs 1.84kg.

Internally, the EOC655 is based on a Qualcomm chip set. The processor is a double -core 1GHz arm CPU with 1GB RAM and 8GB flash memory. Ethernet ports can be connected to 2.5GB and 1GB networks, which can support less than 10 MBPS. Connectors have a plastic wall that is around the Ethernet cable, which prevents the water from entering the bridge.

Two ports of Ethernet work as POE ports, but they are slightly different in the operation. The 2.5GB supports the proprietary version of Port Po, which is only compatible with the adapter provided. The 1GB Port regularly supports 48V POE and can be connected to a standard POE switch. Installation facility, the bridge features additional hardware, including GPS module and Bluetooth connectivity.

The two radio architecture allows the use of both internal and external antenna. The maximum power for transmission has been set at 27 db, which is higher than consumer products. The C18 model has a built -in antenna with 2.4 GHz in Herz, 3.5 DBI and 5 GHz have the benefits of eight DBI. The second radio uses an N -type connector for the 5 GHz band. The basic version of the bridge drops to the 5GHz internal antenna, which in turn works through the radio N -type connector.

    Angius EOC655: In use

At least two units are needed to start setup. A base unit is connected to a wired network that requires expansion. The second EOC655 is a subscriber and is associated with more than 6 Wi -Fi. There is no visual indicators to show whether things are working well or not. If a POE switch is available, connecting the base unit will likely be located through a 1G port, as the high speed 2.5g port is compatible with the proprietary power supply only.

The setup has been fully completed through the Engineus Skynect Mobile app, which is available on Android and iOS. It is a matter of disappointment that an additional app is needed for this process, as other products of engineers, including access points, use the cloud maximum familiar platform. Once you gain power, the base unit emits a management SSID and waits for remote units to respond. The EOC655 supports 16 consumers while working in the formation of stars. In this way, adding stations will not necessarily increase the network range.

A GPS module and a dedicated 2.4 GHz for administration simplifies the installation process to connect the radio. GPS Embedded NTP servers provides a reeltime unit location and an accurate time source. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth channels Wi-FI 6 Radio formation and stops time during firmware updates. Finally, a built -in compass provides additional support when the GPS signal is not available.

    Engineus EOC655: Competition

The EOC655 Bridge is a modern product that combines various technologies, including Bluetooth and GPS under the same roof. For this reason, it is difficult to find a suitable competitor.

Zexel Wax655E offers many features as is like an engineus, and it is faster, proud of 4×4 radio architecture. WAX655E lacks the facility provided by the GPS module, which makes it more difficult. The Zaxel Product does not have the second Ethernet port, which prevents the network from expanding further without an Ethernet switch.

    Engineus EOC655: Final decision

EOC655 meets the requirements when long distance Wi -Fi is needed. This is not a router or leakage point. It is useless itself. It shines when the mesh is used in the mesh sequence to reach more than a kilometer. And it does well. Installation is smooth, thanks to geographical location through GPS and setup through Bluetooth or 2.4GHz Wi -Fi. The throttle is not excellent, but it will be reliable at a large distance.

We appreciated that you can install an external antenna, which offers better benefits from the embedded. However, the lack of visual indicators on the unit makes the need to work with the mobile app.

EOC655 if buy You want to increase your network’s reach without a trusted sacrifice.

EOC655 if not buy You want the best throw pits available.

We list the best mesh Wi -Fi system.
