YouTube music has been quietly updated with a new feature that allows users to watch the tune on the offline. Users who have downloaded the tracks with tune on YouTube music will now be able to see them when their phone does not have an internet connection. The music streaming platform in alphabetical ownership has added competitors to spataf and Apple music, which does not show tune when a device is currently offline. The service had earlier increased support for voting on songs in playlists with mutual cooperation.

YouTube music now shows tune for downloaded songs

A Reddate user has recently discovered that the lyrics for the downloaded tracks are available for Android (through Android Authority) on YouTube music. There is no mention of this feature in the recent version of the app through the Play Store, and it seems that this feature has been quietly enabled by the company.

Gadget 360 was unable to confirm that this feature is working on YouTube music for Android, even after installing the latest version of the app. When it is available, users will be able to tap Bully Tab to watch tune for offline songs. Meanwhile, user reports show that this feature is currently unavoidable on YouTube music for iOS.

It is worth noting that when competitors have allowed consumers to watch tunes while listening to the songs, the two platforms have not yet added offline lyrics. When you do not have an internet connection, this feature can work while listening to music. These include long flights, or passing through an area that has poor network coverage while taking the metro.

Last month, YouTube announced that it was increasing support for “voting” in playlists. This feature is mutually available in playlists, which allows users to make playlists simultaneously, and it contains new opium and downwatest buttons in each playlist.

Once this feature is enabled on a user’s account, they can vote on the tracks in the playlist with mutual support, and it will take the track to the top of the list. According to the company, the ability to vote on these playlists is currently available on YouTube music and the main YouTube app.
