Media affairs for the United States have prosecuted the US Federal Trade Commission, claiming that the agency is unfairly targeting the organization in exchange for past criticisms of social media platform X in violation of the organization’s first amendment rights. This is the latest move in the ongoing enmity between non -profit media watchdog and X owner Elon Musk.

“The Federal Trade Commission has tried to punish media issues for its journalism and speech in exposing public concern issues. It also includes how Elon Musk has handled the platform called the first Twitter, X.Com has benefited and benefited from extremist content.” “The campaign to take revenge against media affairs should be stopped.”

The legal battle behind this began in 2023 when a report was published in media affairs, stating that X had operated advertisements along with anti -superstitral posts, which led to many prominent companies withdrew their ads from the social media network. After threatening to file a “Thermonocular case” in response to Musk, X sued media cases later this year, and claimed that the organization was trying to urge the advertisers to boycott its service. CEO Linda Yakarno described the report as “misleading and manipulative” in a note, while a media representative told Engjit: “This is a serious case that aims to give X’s critics silently in silence.

Last month, while Musk was still closely tied to President Donald Trump’s administration and was working together with the performance of the so -called department government, the FTC launched its investigation into media affairs to determine if the group had not united with the advertisers. The FTC now consists of only three Republican commissioners after the dismissal of Trump’s two Democratic Commissioners, about whom these former government employees said that the president had illegal action because his terms could not be abolished soon without “good purpose”. Earlier, considering this, the FTC allowed $ 13.5 billion within the advertising agency on the condition that the buyer would not be able to accept the issue of “promotion or political or ideological approach to the publishers based on the political or ideological approach of the publishers in harmony.”
