If your summer project is full of external activities, you have to make sure that you have a strategy to fight the heat. With the heat and warmth, make sure you take some precautions to run out, walk, ride, cycle or stay safe while spending time.

Even if you are not spending too much time outside, you may still experience heat fatigue or heat stroke. Follow these points to protect yourself if you plan to go on a long walk, runs, additions or motorcycle rides this summer.

    Stay hydrate

It seems clear, but hydration must be preferred to stay healthy in hot days. You should take it one step further and change your water with electrolytes or convert for sports drinks. Electrolytes help fill the lost minerals through sweat. If you are exercising out the heat, then the only water is not enough. “Exercise increases your basic temperature and is produced through sweat that can handle and reduce it,” said Joy Pulo, a certified personal trainer and a balanced body education program manager. He added that in the hot and humid weather, this method of cooling natural can not work so effectively.

“If you are planning to do such a great activity like running, you should hydrate well one day before using electrolytes,” said Karen Hutch, coach of the Road Runners Club of America Run. He explained, “When you wake up in the morning, drink room temperature water and keep watering, and add electrolytes 30 minutes before your race.” When you are about and about it, she suggests that they take water with electrolytes and bring money if you need to fill the way again.

    Wear the clothes accordingly

When you exercise in any season, a good rule of thumb is to dress for the season. Wearing a lightweight hat is a good way to cover your face, and wearing sunshine glasses protects your eyes from the sun. When it is hot, it is better to wear minimal and lightweight clothing (the dark colors maintain heat) to avoid excessive heat. Also, it is better to stick to moisture -powered materials or artificial fabrics like nylon because it breathes better than cotton, which does not dry up fast.

They will also help prevent chaping, which is common in the summer and is caused by a permanent friction from the friction of the clothes on the skin or skin on the skin. If you do, make sure to make sure to lubricate areas with petroleum jelly, a balm (such as body glide) or even popular pharmaceutical shops like aquifor or sero.

Go out of the day before or after

The daytime you choose to work out can make or break your workout. Stay early in the morning or late evening after sunset. “Avoid activity between 10am and 3pm,” said Daniel Maman, a personal trainer at my phenom fitness. Staying out for a long time puts you at risk of heat fatigue.

If you should go out at peak times …

If you have to stay out during the hottest time of the day, be extra ready. Mario Musa, a certified tennis instructor, advises himself to gradually conflict with the heat. He said, “By raising your time slowly in a period of several days, it will give your body time to adjust to warm temperatures.”

When you go out, you should always wear sunscreen, but if you intend to stay out at the peak times, you should be even more diligent about it. Choose a sunscreen with SPF 30 or more with a wide spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. If you are not sure what kind of buying, CNET has a list of the best sunscreen in the market that has a good place to start. Huch says if you are planning to run, to find a dubious way and return the intensity of your run. “I always recommend staying in your aerobic zone, which translates to running at a simple pace of conversation.”

When the temperature collides with the heat index, it is dangerous to stay out long, so make sure you have enough water with you. You should also keep in mind about heat fatigue or heat stroke symptoms. Heat tired symbols include:

    • Heavy sweat.
    • Sharp or weak pulse
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Muscle pain
    • Circle
    • Fatigue or weakness
    • Headache or unconscious

If you show any of these symbols, you must try and cool as soon as possible. If you are vomiting, it is better to go to the hospital for diagnosis by a doctor.

    Techway

Want to enjoy maximum summer days. Many of these days may contain high temperatures, but as long as you are ready, you can enjoy them safely. Accordingly, wear clothing, be hydrate, choose the shadow whenever possible and if you get sick, listen to your body. Staying cool and comfortable will make it easier to handle even the hottest day.
