Like a lot of people, I also wondered what I know about “just forgive God”. I looked at the poster, recognized Nicolas as director, and expected another smart, stylish crime flicker to be behind Ryan Gosling Brooding behind the wheel.
But when I finally sat down to see him, I got some strangers, cool and more.
“Only God forgives” is like dreams and is bad, while refining is wandering from the neons. It moves on a crawl, says nothing in a loud voice, and fills with violence and fear every moment. It is one of the most gossiping roles of gosaling.

Many critics and filmmakers have equally written “just forgiven God” because there is only another action flick that is combined with style. But if you give yourself on it, it works in a slow, asthma descent and a crime. And now that it continues for free on Toby, it’s not a better time to sink.
‘Just forgive God’ what is?
Julian (Gosaling) is an American residence living in Bangkok, runs a seed Movement Thai boxing club, which is really just one front for drug trafficking operations.
When his violent older brother is killed after committing a horrific crime, his mother, Crystal (Kirsten Scott Thomas) pressed for revenge, whether he wanted or not.

Crystal Bellets tells Julian, his dead son, and turns everything around his poison. This is followed by Chang (Vithaya Pancing Arm), a mysterious former police officer who considers himself the hand of justice. And when Julian looks like a main character, Chang is the real force of the story that connects everything with violent ways.
All these characters in the film turn around in hateful silence, though Gosling shines with their silent anger. There is no hero here. No one goes clean. And no one really talks about what they are feeling, which causes stress you can cut with a knife.
Why should you give a series ‘only God forgive’
Gosling barely says a word in this film, but this is why its performance is highlighted. He plays the role of Julian when someone is completely closed. He is emotionally flat, trapped between crime and fear, and controlled by people around him.

This confidence is unlike the stylish characters, known for gosing, and shows how much it can do without saying anything. And honestly, he was never more attractive than here.
The film is tense, calm and sometimes brutal. It will not work for everyone’s work, but if you are in the study of dark crime stories or character where silence says more than dialogue, it is worth your time. Especially when you have some unexpected gossiping, silently angry brother loose. Is he going to do what his family wants? Or will the search for revenge eventually send it to the handle?
“Only forgives God” is just getting free on Toby. If you have never seen it or want to see Gosaling doing something different, now it’s a good time to see.
