I have tested some premium, very fast monitor with jaw -falling panels in the past years, and once you see them clearly in all their glory, it is difficult to go back to anything less than the best gaming monitor.

So, when Acer Nitro’s G -272 E landed in our testing labs, I was not expecting much. A sharp rindown of its spinachs will give you a good guess what I mean: an FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS panel that has 100hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time and 100,000,000: 1 dynamic contrast ratio.

All this doesn’t tell me that “I need this monitor right now,” no when a ridiculous LG Ultrajier 45GX950A-B 5k2k OLED Gaming Monitor or a MSI MPG 272urx QD -led 240Hz Refresh Rate and 0.03MS Jauses Time.

    You can like

Impressive? Yes, but they both exceed $ 1,000 / £ 1,000 mark. This is completely changing with premium quality visuals, but depending on your PC setup, some cannot take full advantage of what these monitors can provide.

Nevertheless, it is hardly surprising that no one shines on the Acer’s offer to check these animals instead. I was involved, but it is until I looked at the price tag of Nitro KG 272E.

Only 9 159, and even more impressive 9 129, (up to £ 109!), This is one of the cheapest gaming monitors there. After using the species at this price, and after using it as my primary monitor for a week, I can say with confidence that it is now my favorite budget display for both the work and the game.

It can still be tested even more, but I have passed it at the pace during everyday tasks, watching shows and playing games. So far, it does everything for which I can consider the price – and say a lot about how you do not have to spend enough to get enough performance on such a gaming monitor.

    Budget on its best

So, let’s remove it first. We have received numbers from the test lab, and the way I expected is far behind our premium rivals in terms of color accuracy and brightness. I mean, is it amazing to consider this sports games? Hardly but I would argue that for its low cost, the results are quite manageable.

When you keep it together (it’s very easy) and just to sort it with 4K video to see how it looks like it, though, my face was a small gesture of surprise and told my fellow Tester Nikita Achanta, “Hey, it’s not too bad.” And I met the deal.

And likewise, I dragged him into the house and started using it as my central monitor. Work -i, I use my 13 -inch MacBook Air M3, and while the display offers a great detail for work and benjit showing shows, but it is always good to get a 27 -inch monitor as a secondary display. Until now, it works like a charm.

Nitro’s G -272 E does not have many customized settings, nor a display mode for Mac, but its brightness is hitting more and more (it not only measures 196.2 nits of SDR brightness, but then more on it) and its “normal” color mode will be allowed to easily reflect on its own. This includes excellent details, gentle and colorful accuracy.

The 27 -inch monitor is a desk’s Enough enough, and seeing that it weighs only 11.9 pounds with the stand (compared to 24 pounds of MSI MPG 272urx), it is so light to get the right angle. At this price, to expect a monitor, and not, the display angle can also be adjusted. This is just a simple feature, but it has to move the monitor towards your choice.

Anyway, these are not just a few Google documents and Google Sheets that helped me, because I also threw it on some shows whether it could eliminate some decent estimates. Nothing is coming to mind here, but I have been shocked by the image quality he presented.

In expecting “28 years later”, I decided to throw “28 weeks later” on Netflix. This is a 1080p display, so the details were not completely clear, but I was still at the edge of my seat when Don (Robert Carlyl) fled the house, which caused the angry victims to come to the hill and pursued it at full speed. The vicious, blood shot eyes were at the point, and I didn’t think I was missing any better details in view of the thrilling interview.

After that, I finally used Nitro’s G -272 E for it: Gaming. Specifically, the first person’s shooter such as the final and the Dome: Dark Age.

With its 100 Heritz refresh rate and 1 MS Response Time, it will not be the first choice for strict competitive gamers, and it will not benefit from powerful performance with ASUF Gaming A18 RTX 5070 (more than 200 FPSSD 4 supply frame rate).

Nevertheless, especially the budget gaming system, this can remove some of the fines, but the smooth visuals can be removed.

With the NVIDIA multi -frame general in X4, with the settings set on EPIC in 1080p resolution, I was breaking the buildings, poping up shots and getting cash in the final at all its graphical, high -speed glory. And the frame rates were quite smooth so that I could get clean shots in competition.

With similar settings in the punishment: The patch came up with a dark distance with tracing, while it was not the same “wow” moment I tested on the 4K monitor, I was still impressed by the war -torn, devil -infected settings in the game. Visual indicators, such as green and bus you can go back to enemies, were clear, and despite this Only One of the seeds, I was happy with what he was able to pull.

The Budget Laptop or Gaming PCs, Nitro’s G -272 E offers an affordable way to raise the visuals of your system, if only a little, and this is a quite friendly solution.

    … but not perfect

Although I was impressed with how to handle his gaming capacity and how to produce its production capacity, I looked down two downside, which is indispensable for the gaming monitor at this price.

I tried to put a “love, death + robot”, which is known for its visible animation. I saw the “non -stop”, which is mainly a new music video for the famous red hot chili pepper, watching them like puppets. Nitro’s G -272 e -bend can capture amazing lights and sharp movements, but I took notice during deep moments, during an environment that was not visible.

The reason for this is the shine of the display. The average of the SDR brightness 196.2 nits (no HDR), it’s not much. If it is in a room where the sun can come to it, it will be difficult to see what is in the display.

Speakers are also not a key sale. They may look for a hollow Ohmf From the boss, and when it’s ok to watch it easily, you will not fire the audio. Basically, you want to get one of the best gaming headset instead.

Now, with all of this, these are just minor points that are common with the budget monitor. In addition, do not expect the jaw -falling visuals, but for those who need competitive multi -player games or even the latest single player adventures, only a simple and affordable gaming monitor solution, then Acer Nitro’s G -272 e -E -E -E -E -E -E -E -E -Esar.

If I was a student after a display, I could imagine being at the top of the list.
