Galaxy Z Fold 7 can be the first foldable phone that I actually buy

The first galaxy fold has been less than six years since the launch, and in the aftermath, foldable phones Android have become the most interesting in the world. I have personally tested and reviewed many of them, including models of Samsung, Google, One Plus, and others.

But as much as I appreciate a foldable offer, and as someone who has been reviewing the phone for 10 years, I have not yet made a purchase for myself. Why? An important thing that kept me away is hardware. Foldable phones have been significantly thin and lightweight since the galaxy folds, but many of them are still more bulkier than I rest in every day.

However, it can change soon. The latest Galaxy Z Fold 7 Lake Samsung Exhibits Foldable which looks incredibly thin. If the leakage is correct, Fold 7 can be the first folding phone on which I finally spend my money.

So far, based on the leak, do you plan to buy the Galaxy Z Fold 7?

Galaxy Z Fold 7 Why can I push me on the edge

Many leaks have now suggested that the Samsung Galaxy is producing a very thin design for the Galaxy Z Fold 7, in which Samsung himself has touched the design in some recent press releases. But it was not until yesterday’s Andlex leak that we got our first good glimpse of how this thin design would look like – and it is nothing less impressive.

Although the exact number is still in the air, previous leaks have suggested that folded 7 4.54 mm or even 3.9 mm can be thin when it opens and when the fold is closed, it is about 9.0 mm thick. For comparison, when the Galaxy Z Fold measures 6 5.6 mm when it opens and when folded, it is 12.1 mm.

Galaxy Z Fold 7 (top) and Galaxy Z Fold 6.

That number has been floating for a while, and when they look definitely impressive, it is different from your eyes to see the difference between these millimeters.

Given Z -Fold 7 ahead of Z Fold 6, this year’s Samsung Foldable is difficult to believe that it can actually look like it. It seems like a phone I can take every day without any problem. One can easily slip in my pocket, use one hand, etc. To date, I have never felt about any other American folding phone, and it is very happy to see that Samsung can get there with Fold 7.

Of course, Samsung will not be the first company to issue a super thin folding phone. Oppo was revealed earlier this year with an amazing thin body at just 4.21 mm when revealed. And last September, Honor Magic V3 debuted with the same impressive 4.4 mm design.

I admire what Opo and Honor have done to these phones, and I say that as someone who used (and loved it last year (and loved it). But there is a big problem with both phones: they are not suitable for the US market.

Not only are these phones not only sold, but even if you go through the problem of importing someone, you still have to deal with the lack of carrier bands, unstable software, no warranty support, etc. Oppo and Honor’s hardware is exactly what I want out of foldable, but there is no realistic purchase.

Z Fold 7 will be the first super thin foldable that makes sense to buy if you live in the US.

In particular, this is why the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is very interesting. It would not be the first foldable phone with a ridiculous slim design, but it would be the first phone that you will understand to buy if you live in the United States. It will work with your career 5G network, it will have software that has been completely improved for the North American market, and if something should be wrong, you will have warranty and insurance options to fix it.

These are all things that other American Foldable (such as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Pixel 9 Pro Fold) are already going to them, but once again, I have returned to the hardware issue. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is forming to provide the benefits of a established American folding phone, while also offering a thin design that I am waiting for – and it can be a combination that is very powerful to ignore.

Will it be 2025 years when I finally buy foldable?

    Lana Nageween / Android Authority

Really a powerful combination, but would it be enough to put me pressed to buy my first folding phone? It is definitely approaching, though I am not yet selling 100 %.

Although Samsung’s design for Z Fold 7 looks like a certain fire winner, some of the rumors still leave me uncertain. It seems that the new 200 MP’s new primary camera is guaranteed, but it seems that we (and aging) will be trapped with 12 MP ultra -wide and 10 MP telephoto cameras. I also be afraid of the battery, which is speculated that they only live in 4,400mah. Even despite the impressive hardware, will I be fine with secondary cameras and such disappointing battery? For a phone whose cost is $ 1,900? I am not so sure.

It is in no way guarantee that I will buy the Galaxy Z Fold 7, but this new look at its design has made me think seriously about it as I wasn’t before. I hope that Samsung has developed the rest of the phone with the sunglasses he deserves, because if so, 2025 may be the year when I buy my first foldable. Just don’t tell my purse.
