Inflation is useless, but at least when a company directly raises prices, the impact is transparent. Although many times, the impact of the price hike is confused by companies, and instead gives us less for your money – you are becoming smaller in size at the grocery store. Through streaming media, a company can achieve the same thing by reducing the quality of the service offered, and to do something that is more subtle than you have to leave a licensed half of the advertisement.
Last week, we heard about Amazon’s prime video that it increased the amount of advertisement in which it showed 2-3 minutes to 4-6 minutes. We didn’t love it, but find out that Amazon is far from here, and PC World It has been revealed that Max (or once again HBO Max) has quietly done the same thing.
Like Netflix and other streams, Max offers a variety of project levels. There is a premium 4K option for 21 21 in a month and both advertisements, a standard 1080p plan in $ 16. But then there is also an ad -supported basic project (still at 1080p, at least), which is available at a lower rate of $ 10 a month.

But what PC World It has been noted that this number has increased slightly in the last few months. When the Internet Archive Back Machine visited the page on February 16, Max was singing a different tune:

When the next site reserved the page on February 28, the current 6 -minute language was present.
Maximum and Amazon are not alone in increasing advertising burden on consumers, and this exercise is more or less standard throughout the industry. But this is the only thing you get to get the impression that you are sitting more than your ads, and the other when a company clearly speaks that you should expect it. We have to give at least a little credit at least.
