The summer is officially here and the sun is coming out to brighten my day. And waste my sleep at night.

Although many people are turning their air conditioning at night to keep their bedroom cool and fresh, unfortunately I have no luxury.

During the hot, humid weather, my apartment is like an oven that makes my bed, well, sleeping troubles and inconvenience.

    You can like

However, I have now discovered five ways to make my bedroom cooler without air conditioning, and these indicators are so easy that you can start tonight.

From window tricks to the best mattress toppers, there is a way to sleep better in the summer when you don’t cool down your bedroom.

5 points related to sleeping methods in the summer of no air conditioning

    1. Keep the blinds and windows off during the day …

When you try to cool your bedroom, people automatically open the window so that some freshness can be allowed to come in. However, on a very hot day, you are really increasing room temperature by allowing the hot air to enter.

Instead, I close my windows throughout the day if I know that the external temperature is more than the indoor temperature (usually 68 ° F-77 ° F). I, too, keep my room dark by keeping the darkness closed.

Get quick access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, big deals and helpful points.

I know it can be difficult when you want to let the pleasant sunshine go to brighten your room but get deep during the heatwave.

    2. … and open them as soon as the temperature falls

Temperatures drop in the end of the evening, so when I know that the time now is to open my blinds (fortunately, thanks to the long days of summer, the sun is often out) and Windows.

When I come to bed due to mild pollution, I usually close the blinds, but I keep the window open overnight and close it a few hours after waking up.

Opening your window in the evening, night and morning allows the cold air to rotate, the room temperature falls better.

    3. Freeze the eye pillow (but don’t freeze anything else)

Yes, that’s fine, the eyes are really one thing. They are small weight masks that act like hot and cold compresses, and they often fill up for the scent filled with lavender and flaside.

Although you can warm these pillows as a hot compress in the microwave, you can also put them in the freezer and use them as a cooling weight eye mask.

I kept a freezer in a safe zip lock bag before my bed and then put it in the freezer for an hour before going to bed. It cools me immediately and helps me get asleep. In addition, they are easy to find. You can On Amazon. Buy two pillows of lavender eyes in 15.99.

    4. Invest in cooling bed

You have enough beds that you can buy specifically to cool your bed, from the tops of mattresses with a heat disintegration cover for hot golds.

I like Brooklyn bedding luxury cooling mattress guards, and I call it one of the best mattress guards to keep your mattress cool.

It is made using a heat -losing glacatics, a high -tech cooling fabric that is used in some of the best cooling mattresses in the market.

    5. Make yourself a fan

You probably know it already, but it’s noteworthy because it really works. When you are too hot to open the window, the fans circulate around the room during the day (and even nights) when you feel cool and feel less filled.

You can find more information about improving your fan use in the hot weather with our 7 pro -tips with fans, including the ideal fan space and how to create DIY Ericon.

From floor fans to tabletup fans are also to choose many different fans. Even you can get the app -controlled smart fans, such as the Drew Turbopoli fan 508s for custom cooling, which will not break the bank.
