- Google Play Services shows proof of the developed “app cast” tool.
- Although its complete functionality is unclear, it seems that remote Android is able to collect information about and access the apps they installed.
- One may have the ability to stream apps from one Android device to another.
Google always works on something new for Android, and we spend a lot of time digging through the app and system updates in hopes of looking at some of these progress. When we are fortunate, the evidence is in large quantities and we can easily guess what Google is. Other times, however, it is difficult to get the whole picture of Google working – even when it is clear that developers are definitely present. Something. And today, we are looking for ourselves a lot in the latter camp.

An AP tear down helps predict the features that can reach a service -based code on the future. However, it is possible that such predators do not make it public release.
We’re seeing the recent updactions for Google Play Services, and as you can know, this software is how Google enforces many system-level functionality in Android-as we saw last month when we saw the new device backup settings. This time we are ringing in 25.24.31 beta release, and has seen evidence of a new “app cast” feature.
We look at the app cast references in a multi -device sink code. We have also identified several text strings that seem to have been included in the preparation of the app cast.
Code
Casting Text Starting App for the Package ٪ S S S to Get Package from the Remote Device. Unable to get the icon: “The” Remote Device “has not begun to launch a cast session for” launch “from” launch “.
We have not been able to go to the UI level for the app cast, and so we cannot see any of it, but in a possibility that Google may have the ability to stream apps on other hardware associated with your account. We can tell that there are elements present to select devices from the list, and to display the progress bar. And as mentioned in the strings above, we see the code to draw a list of installed apps.
In fact, the need for an app streaming mode feels a bit tight – in many cases, only one seems easy to install the app on multiple devices – but we can appreciate a time that requires access to data that remains on a specific phone or tablet. We also wonder if this casting can spread to large screens, which can allow you to watch Android apps from your phone on Google TV.
But as we said, we do not have the same puzzle just to say with any kind of belief that Google is making here. This is all vibration right now. We have also seen work in play services on support of any new notification synchronization, which appears close to some of this app cast, but we are not sure it’s just a coincidence, or if they are really related to it.
This is a bit disappointing, but we will continue to dig future sports services in the hope that we can soon eliminate Google’s intentions for the app cast.
