One Plus has confirmed that the Watch 3 is arriving soon, but a new report indicates that the smaller version may come with a remarkable trade. According to a leakage that is completed with renders, a special sheet also shows that the next 43 mm One Plus Watch 3 will offer a significant less battery life than its 47 mm counterpart.
Although it is expected that the 47 mm version will provide up to 100 hours of battery life, the 43 mm model allegedly drops the number to about 72 72 hours. This is more than a whole day, and it is not surprising because of a reduction in size, it is still able to highlight the decision -makers between these two variations.
This smaller version is said to come with a 1.32 -inch AMOLED display, running 466 x 466 resolution. Like the larger version, it allegedly present a hybrid software approach with the wear OS and RTOS (real -time operating system), which can help improve power use when smart features are not required. Nevertheless, even with software qualifications, the small 345mAh battery does not appear to be similar to the large performance.

It is not yet clear whether the battery duration is fully based on the use of OS, RTOs, or both. But if true, the 28 -hour difference between the two models can be an important factor for users who prefer long endurance.
Historically, such trade is not unusual. OS Smart Watchs, such as the Pixel Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch Series, have shown similar behavior: the more compact design, the less time between the charges. The main reason for this is the less capacity for small batteries and thermal management.
It is expected that the OnePlus is expected to unveil the Watch 3 lineup during its July 8 program, as well as Nord Buds 4, One Plus Pad 2, and other upcoming products, including Nord 5 series. When we wait for government sugars, the 43 mm watch 3 battery life already indicates that consumers may have to choose between relief and performance.
If One Plus can further improve its software to enhance battery life despite small size, I am sure it can determine Watch 3 in addition to competitive devices. Otherwise, the 43 mm version can follow a familiar trend: Siller profile, younger.
