The thing I am proud of myself is that I have consent to find new places, whether close to the house or when I am traveling. There is something interesting about discovering a new restaurant or knowing about a particular sequence in a new town that the locals are close and dear.
The less interesting thing is that after some time I try to remember the name or place of the place and draw empty space. A lot I enjoyed for the first time to revise a place or share this discovery with someone else.
Fortunately, iOS 26 has achieved a feature that helps fill my swash cheese memory holes. This year’s iPhone software has added a visited space to the maps app where you were designed to log in easily. Thus, you can refer to the list of your visiting locations later so you helped walk your memory about this restaurant, where you have eaten it, where you have found a special item or cafe that has a welcome environment and free Wi -Fi.

Thus, when telling stories of excellent taco in later history, I have been able to easily find a name and location in the map app. Even the location will have the ability to share with other people directly with other people.
With his voice, the visiting places should be able to work on any iPhone running iOS 26. Apple has made it clear, though, this feature will not work initially everywhere. In addition to the United States, locations in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Malaysia and Switzerland will be supported.

If it seems that it is still in the air, the reason is that it is and not just because iOS 26 is only available as a developer son at this location. Such a feature will also increase privacy concerns about location tracking, though it seems that Lin’s comments show that you will have to choose the viewing locations. Other reports noted that the data from the visited locations is confidential and that Apple cannot be accessed. You will also be able to delete the places from this list, which is not only good from the privacy point of view, but also because some places are not only able to remember.

IOS 26 maps may add to the places to be seen. I want to try as much as I want, but it is not to the extent that Apple is introducing this version of its phone software.

iOS 26 Maps Outlook
As someone whose journey is literally 20 feet from my bedroom to my home office, the feature of the favorite routes available in iOS 26 does not have the same attraction as the promises of the places. But the presence of both features suggests that Apple is looking for ways to provide more with its mapping device, while what you should expect from the Navigational app.
