Samsung has announced new health features for the coming Galaxy Watch (which should be the Galaxy Watch 8 series, though the company specifically does not say it), which aims to further improve your health and everyday habits for overall healthy lifestyle. The purpose of the new features is to improve sleep, heart health, fitness and nutrition.
New features for the upcoming Galaxy Clock
Here are the new features announced by Samsung today.

- Vascular load: measuring pressure on your vascular system when you sleep
- Running Coach: Making your training strategy
- Antioxidant Index: Carotinoids measurements for healthy aging
With these new features, the purpose of Samsung is to help you become healthy by stimulating you through quick feedback, providing achievements or indicating warning symptoms.

Thanks to this feature, your Galaxy Clock will now suggest a maximum sleeping time for you. It will be based on your lifestyle and sleep patterns, and your timepiece will also send you a reminder to help you stay on a healthy routine. This feature works by analyzing your last three days of sleep patterns and evaluating your need for sleep pressure and your circidine rhythm. The next day at bedtime, your warning should be maximized.
You may find this especially useful if you are trying to improve your sleep after an irregular sleep period (I often find myself in this situation for my good). It is also very helpful if you have contradictory sleep systems between the week and the weekend (you are really guilty of that too). All these factors will be taken into account by the feature, so at the time of the recommended bed you should offer plenty of sleep.
Vascular loads

When you sleep, the galaxy clock will measure the amount of pressure on your vascular system. Basically, your vascular system raises blood all over the body and provides oxygen and nutrients while removing the garbage.
When you sleep, the pressure on your vascular system should be naturally sinking. However, Samsung note, that excessive fluctuations can affect your cardiovascular health and overall fitness.
The feature will measure your vascular load and provide insight into sleep, exercise and stress.
The running coach

Samsung is trying to help runners with a new feature that should help you avoid injuries. Often, people who run can fasten themselves, or do not advance themselves. To help this, the running coach will offer you better training training tips for better intensity and injury, which makes it ideal for early or people who do not run all the time.
The feature offers real -time guidance and encouragement, which provides you with fitness levels and training programs based on your goals.
When you wear your watch, you only need to run for 12 minutes to analyze your performance and running level. After that the Smart Watch will provide you with a level of running from 1 to 10. You will also find a detailed training plan to help complete the 5K, 10K, Half marathon, or full marathon based on your level.
When you complete your training session, you also have to equalize and run the challenges.
Antioxidant Index

Last, but at least, we have the feature of the Anti -Oxidant Index. The purpose is to help your age healthy. Drinking alcohol, smoking, UV exposure, stress and lack of sleep can accelerate your skin agen by increasing free radicals in the body. These free radicals accelerate aging.
Meanwhile, antioxidants are nutrients that are found in many healthy foods. They neutralize free radicals and help prevent diseases and promote healthy age.
With this new antioxidant index, your Galaxy Clock will measure Carotenoids (green and orange vegetables and fruits found in fruits and antioxidants stored in your skin). The clock’s bio -active sensor is used to measure the carotinoids in five seconds. Of course, then you will have insights that can help you improve your daily habits. For example, if you drink carrot juice, changes to the carotinoids will appear in the index and will work as a encouragement to make a healthy choice.
All these features are extremely helpful, especially for people like me who would like to improve their health, sleep and overall fitness, but don’t really know where to start. And that too, a lot of excitement is needed.
Availability
Samsung has announced these features for ‘incoming Galaxy Watch’, which is most likely Galaxy Watch 8It is expected that next month will be announced along with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Philip 7. However, the vascular load and antioxidant indentees can also work on the Galaxy Watch Ultra (or later), and the running coach feature will be available Galaxy Watch 7 and later.
