The Meta is now prosecuting one of the “Nodif” apps, who is now suffering the Internet, with the development of Generative AI. Tech Dev has filed a lawsuit against Joe Timesline HK Limited, which has created an app called Krish AI.

In the legalization filed in Hong Kong, Meta has claimed that the Crush AI made several efforts to stop the Meta Advertisement review process and allegedly continued the ads.
These ads were published in Facebook and Instagram. However, Meta removed them (and kept doing it) to break the rules, but allegedly, the company (Joy Timesline) continued to post more.

These “Nodef”-type AI apps mainly produce clear images of people, after which they receive photos of the individual. Crush AI is one of the apps that gives heavy ads. In January, the investigation by Alexevs Montzarlis, the author of the Focus Up Newsletter, discovered that Meta’s social media platform had more than 8,000 crush AI -related ads in the first two weeks of the year just in the first two weeks of the year! Montzarlis also noted that about 90 90 % of the Crush AI’s website came from Facebook and Instagram.

The company allegedly allegedly created dozens of advertising accounts to ignore the rules of the meta, and even changed the domain names frequently.

In February, Senator Dick Dorbon sent a letter to Zuckerberg, requesting him to resolve the advertisements and highlighted that he was violating the adjective standards of Meta -e -Islami, sexual activity, and even harassment.

Apparently, Meta has now designed to find and remove these types of ads quickly, and it has extended the list of terms, phrases, and even emojis that flags through its system.

Meta is also working with teams of experts to keep the latest how these app makers avoid detention and develop their strategies to ignore rules. Meta also says she will share the signal with other social media platforms so that these apps can be resolved there as well.
In my opinion, a Meta case against the maker of Krish A is an important and obligatory move. Such apps raise serious concerns about privacy, consent and digital safety. It is worrying that thousands of ads that promote such technology are able to run on major platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Although Meta repeatedly removed them, the app developers allegedly found ways to continue posting. This shows how easily the harmful material can easily slip, despite current policies.
