- Google Pixel users are facing a disturbing bug after installing Android 16 updates.
- As a result of the bug, the navigation buttons and indicators are temporarily irresponsible.
- User reports show that this problem is not limited to a specific pixel model, though not all users are affected.
Google recently rolled on Android 16 on a stable channel, which revealed several new features in its pixel devices. However, it seems that this update has also introduced a disappointing bug for some users that temporarily make their phone unusable.
Recent reports about Reddate and X (via Via) The headlines of Android) Highlight a disturbing problem of navigation that seems to have been ready for some pixel users after installing Android 16. As a result of this problem, both buttons and indicators become irresponsible, and it seems that it affects all pixel models.
Here a back button is not working on Android 16.

Some users say the problem appears to be randomly and makes the buttons and gestures completely irresponsible, while others have reported delays while trying to get back or go to the home screen. Although we do not have foolproof work, some affected users say that changing a different launcher app or clearing the pixel launcher’s data and the cache seems to be irresponsible and the break. Restarting the device also works in some cases, but for most consumers the problem regenerates immediately after the reboot.
Although this does not look widely, we have seen growing information in the past few days. Google has not yet acknowledged the issue or has not shown the main reason, but we expect the company to highlight the issue in the coming days. As soon as we have more details, we will update this post.
