Which network does Trump Mobile run?
The Trump Mobile Press Release claims that he works with “three major carriers”, which means with AT&T, Verizon and T -Mobile. None of the big three responded to the inquiry into the nature of their arrangements with Trump Mobile. The terms of the company’s use page only mention that Trump Mobile.com “Liberty is powered by Mobile Wireless LLC.” In fact, Trump’s entire “unauthorized use of projects with unlimited services” section has been copied orally from terms of Liberty Mobile use, which has been changed to “Trump Mobile.com” for “Liberty Mobile”.
It is not very clear now what you are really getting from Trump mobile. Liberty Mobile only offers the best of 4G LTE connectivity, so if it is the only provider of Trump mobile, as stated in the terms of use, it is unclear whether it can meet the 5G speed claims. It is also possible that Liberty Mobile is an innocent by -standard here, and Trump Mobile has just borrowed its use.
Even more confused things, Trump Mobile coverage map shows the embedded coverage map made by Ultra Mobile, an MVNO that is owned by T -Mobile and operates on T -Mobile’s 5G network.
Liberty Mobile did not respond to the comments request, and the company’s general questionnaire page only includes the text of the place holder. Ultra Mobile did not respond to a comment.
