An unilateral demonstration with Tesla’s full self -driving mode is raising concerns about whether fully autonomous cars are ready to come to the streets. Tesla has allegedly pushed its upcoming all -electric, fully autonomous car back under the name of Cyberkib, while a recent demonstration in Austin, Texas passes through the shining lights and stop marks of the school bus, and a baby -shaped stone is shown. These tests were conducted by the Dawn Project, Tesla Tech Down and Resistant, and showed Tesla’s full driving software that repeated the same error eight times.
It is worth noting that Tesla’s autonomous driving feature is formally known as complete self -driving (monitoring) and “a fully -focused driver is needed and will show a series of growing warnings that require a driver’s response.” Even Tesla has a warning stated, “failure to follow these instructions can cause loss, severe injury or death.” However, this is not the first time that Tesla’s FSD software has found itself in hot water. The Dawn Project, whose founder Dan O’Dod is the CEO of a company that automatically offers driving system software, warns Tesla’s complete self -driving risks and how to fail in school buses. In April 2024, the accident in Washington included a model S, using full self -driving, where a motorcyclist died.
With the expectation of the final cybercab rollout on June 22, the company’s CEO published some additional details on X. According to Elon Musk, Tesla “is extremely unconscious about safety, so history can change.” Beyond that, Musk also posted, “The first Tesla who goes from the end of the factory to a customer house.
