    • The report warns that a college degree does not guarantee skilled work in today’s AI -powered global job economy.
    • Remote jobs, once seen as a freedom offer, now professionals in digital unemployment cycles
    • Medium professionals are taking the side jig for a living while the tech characters are out of leakage

The global employment market has changed dramatically as a remote work, economic disparity, and the rehabilitation of digital labor migration across the borders.

A new survey by AI of the global work has now revealed that underage people are no longer confined to local economies or migrants – instead, it is spreading global remote work scenario, where educational acquisition no longer guarantees employment compatibility or economic security.

After analyzing the data of more than 5 million users, the platform found that “qualified experts actively find non -skilled jobs”, which includes role in data entry, customer service, and assistant positions, though 62.75 % of employees have completed higher education.

Dopulation data shows that women are part of more than 70 % of consumers on the platform, while men represent only 30 %, and a thousand -year -old and late zoomers (ages 25 to 40 years) contain about two -thirds of all job seekers.

The majority of consumers are medium -sized professionals, which are 30.37 %, while 7.38 % are junior staff and only 3.47 % executives.

The report notes that “middle -level experts are among the weakest employees,” he added, adding that the recent holiday .Its have pushed many people towards side jigs and project -based work to maintain their income.

The report also highlights that remote work opportunities have given digital labor migration, especially from emerging economies to wealthy countries.

In countries like Nigeria, India, and the Philippines, professionals are using their English language skills to secure jobs in English -speaking countries, often earning much more home.

For example, a highly experienced dentist in Nigeria can earn $ 1,885 per month (or less than $ 400 in many cases), while a remote data entry job for a US -based company can pay more than 4,000.

Nevertheless, this change is not the same. Higher HDI countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, usually prefer domestic remote roles.

On the contrary, Middle HDI countries like Mexico and Colombia show a strong interest in remote opportunities, but largely focus on internal markets.

Digital migration rates are low in countries with strong indigenous language.

Even despite access to the best job sites or CV builders, many professionals are being forced to reduce their ambitions.

This trend creates critical questions about the future of work: What does the skills in the universal economy mean? Can professional credentials avoid systemic unemployment alone? And most importantly, what does this evolutionary landscape mean for the possibility of long -term career?
