Rocko Streaming Stick: Two -minute Review
Rocko streaming stick is cheap, compact and easy to use. Since Roko’s two latest streaming sticks are cheap, the second is Rocko Streaming Stick Plus, its limits – in particular, no 4K or HDR support – but the price suggestion here is very good. If you are trying to save money, it may be included in the best streaming devices there.
As far as the competition goes to this price location, the only Amazon Fire TV stick is HD, which is a bit more expensive. Of course, if you care about getting the best performance and features and are ready to pay it, I suggest going to Roku Ultra (2024) instead.
Rocko Streaming Stick is literally a stick with the HDMI port at the end, and is also smaller by streaming the quality of the stick. When I reviewed the Amazon Fire TV sticks that came out in 2023 (still current models), I had difficulty fitting their big bodies in the HDMI slots behind my TV, so the fast design of the stop streaming stick is happy.
The only visual difference between this and the streaming stick Plus version is that the Rocko logo is a purple contrary to a connected design, which makes it look a bit cheaper than his older brother. Otherwise, it is the same, with the same extent, with a seized case, with HDMI male jack on one end, and the USB-C charging port on the other. There is also a reset button, and just.
It is worth noting that the Roko only provides the USB-A cable to the USB-C to charge-is not a power supply or adapter. When I first saw it on the Rockete Streaming Stick Plus (once again, they are the same in this regard), I was a little worried that I was expected to pay extra for the adapter. But then I found that there is a good reason for the adapter deficiency, why you are expected to use the USB port on your TV to strengthen the streaming stick.
Since you are strengthening the stick from the USB port of TV, which usually eliminates only a few slots from the HDMI connection, there are no hanging cables with this device. This means that you will end up with a cleaner -visible setup using the Rooko Streaming Stick.

The added remote control is the sound remote. It weighs a little, which weighs slightly, which makes it good to handle it while still compact enough. Buttons include dedicated play/pause buttons – a feature that I appreciate on the Navigation Wheel Layout that is mostly in the remote. And there is also a voice assistant button, which lets you make sound orders while holding it. This is not the best remote of Roku – it will join with Roku Ultra – but it’s good enough and what will be expected at this price.
The purpose of the stop streaming stick is to be the entry level HD device, so there is no 4K or HDR support. I tested it on 65 -inch TV, and the picture quality was still great. If you are getting this guest room for TV, it is probably able to save some extra money.
The biggest stacking point of the Rocko Streaming Stick is its performance. In view of the low cost of the stick, you should not expect the world, but it is still worth considering. The original streaming experience is fine and without interference, but when interacting with it there is a slight delay in the streaming stick, in which the screen cursor button moves in just one part of a second after pressing, so you feel like it is catching.
It is worth noting that the Roku Streaming Stick uses the Old 802.11B/G/N Wi-FI standard, which is also slower than 802.11ac (Wi-FI 5), which is used by Rooko Streaming Stick Plus. You do not need the latest Wi -Fi quality for a streaming device, but the slow and old Wi -Fi quality of streaming stick is a potential reason why it runs a bit slowly.
The streaming stick interface is normal intuitive that I expect. The top watch has some tips, but the home screen is a series of tiles for different apps. I appreciate the simplicity of the more crowded interfaces used by Google TV, fire TV, and other smart TV platforms. If you prefer this type of sequence, when you click on the “What to See” on the home screen, Rocko has a similar setup.
A good amount of free materials is available to stream directly through the Rocko interface. There is also a game tab, but you still need the rights of your favorite sports rights. Otherwise, the interface here is its usual stone solid.
Rocko Streaming Stick: Price and release date

- . 29.99 / £ 29.99 (approximately AU 50 50)
- Released on April 2025
It is impossible for a streaming device to beat 30 rupees or quad. The closest is probably the Amazon Fire TV Stick HD I mentioned first. 34.99 / £ 39.99 / AU was on $ 69.
The question you need to ask yourself is whether it is able to save ten rupees for this version, which is able to save on streaming sticks. Goes in 39.99 / £ 39.99 (about $ 70). The design of both sticks is the same, and so on there are limits to performance. If you are trying to get the cheapest series of closed sticks with just 4K and HDR support (but not dolby vision), the pulse version is what you want. But if you have an old TV that doesn’t support these features, the basic streaming stick will be ideal.
The Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (2023) is also a good streamer to see because it is priced at the same price that is causing the streaming stick Plus. And in contrast to the Rook Products, that model is available for shopping in Australia.

Should you buy a stop streaming stick?
Qualification | Note | Rating |
Specialty | HD streaming with dolby Atmos but not 4K or HDR support | 3/5 |
Efficiency | This is fine when streaming, but it is left behind when interacting with the interface and menos, possibly because of using old WiFi standards | 3.5 / 5 |
Design | It is slim and designed to get electricity from the attached TV, which helps to provide cleaner, more confused. | 4.5 / 5 |
Charge | Streaming is not cheaper. You just have to decide whether you can leave 4K and HDR support | 5/5 |
If buy it …
If not buy it …
