- Android 16 QPR1 beta 2 update apparently brings battery health relief feature.
- This feature effects your charging speed and battery effectively over time on battery health name.
- This feature also comes after numerous battery issues information that affects old pixel phones.
Google announced the feature of battery health aid earlier this year as well as the Pixel 9A. The feature effectively throws your charging speed and battery effectively over time. Now, it seems that the option is running as part of the release of Android 16 QPR1 beta 2 to other pixel owners.
Telegram user Seemide 0 saw the Battery Health Assistance option on its Pixel 7 Pro after updating Android 16 QPR1 Beta 2. See their screenshots below.
Google’s Support Page notes that this feature “adjusts the maximum voltage of the battery” in stages to help with long -term battery health. These voltage adjustments take place in the stages, 200 charging cycles and up to 1,000 cycles. Surprisingly, the company added that you may see a “slight change” in the battery life and the performance of charging.
Google had earlier confirmed that battery health relief is required at Pixel 9A but an optional feature on other Pixel phones. This confirmation “component quality problem” caused the company to initially confirm the release of Pixel 9A.
The availability of this feature for beta users also follows the user’s reports about the old Pixel-A phone with serious battery problems. We have reported to several consumers that their Pixel 6A has set fire to a non -ohom charger during a plug, while Google recently announced a battery replacing program for Pixel 7 A phones with swollen batteries. In addition, Google had previously issued a refreshing 4A model that had reduced battery life rapidly. Google did not release any public reasons for this refreshing, but Australian consumers’ watchmen confirmed that some pixels 4 A batteries were at risk of high heat.
