During its WWDC 2025 key note, Apple unveiled a complete line -up refresh, leaving the new iPados 26 as well as iOS 26, the Wachos 26 strengthens Apple Watch and, of course, the next generation Macos 26. Yes, everything is finally compatible with the number of the same version.

With iOS 26, Apple is bringing a group of freshly look and useful features and is traveling to a remarkable upgrade. Apple wallet is turning into a more useful travel friend, now supporting digital passports and smart boarding passes that work more than sitting on your lock screen.

Let’s start with a digital passport. Apple made it clear that this is not a completely alternative to your physical passport, but this is still a big deal. You will be able to use it within apps that require age or identity confirmation and will also work at the selected TSA checkpoints.

It can be extremely helpful to those who are always struggling to remember where they have kept their real identity – digital IDs are definitely getting traction (Google just kept them in their wallets for a while), and this move is a part of Apple.

As far as the boarding pass is concerned, they have been in the wallet for a while, but iOS 26 Giving them a serious shine. Now, when you tap on your boarding pass, you will see the map of the terminal – so you will not be more proud to find the airport setting or the goods claim to find the goods.

And speaking of claims of goods, this is the place where integration is very useful in my search. Your boarding pass will now link with my search so that you can track your air -tagged goods from the wallet. It’s a low app to open and another way to make sure your bag has really made you in the same city.

Personally, I think such updates is a real win for frequent flyers. The passing of the terminal will save time and stress. And the fact is that you will be able to check your air -tagged bag directly with a wallet. I have already saved air tags from large -scale headaches and are able to access the information where my boarding pass life is just a smart design.

First iOS 26 If you are feeling brave (and bug tolerant), the developer son is already out. If not, the public son should end next month. The last version of iOS 26 It is expected that later this year, in September, the iPhone 17 series will live directly.
