Dell is inside The middle of a transition. It has a new logo, and a new easy way for branding. Dell 14 Plus is one of the first laptops to launch for water testing in this new era, watching the elimination of all brands like XPS and Inspirs. Although the more interesting XPS replacement is still pending, the Dell 14 Plus has arrived to step into the old Inspiron Plus laptop shoes.
Although it is far from the world’s most interesting laptop, it offers a solid balance of quality and value, if only it has more setting options to be classified as a cheap laptop.
Deal on the shell

Dell 14 Plus is not what I call a beautiful laptop. But I don’t think it’s trying to become. Instead, it is trying to be anxious. In the past, this can mean plastic, black shell. These days, this means a silver chassis that has some disturbances or jewelry as much as possible. Dell 14 Plus is able to do so.
More importantly, the laptop feels strong in hand. The lid has to give zero, it is likely how strong the possession is. You can’t open it with a finger, in fact, you don’t even have a lip on the lid for your finger. This lid is even more thicker than normal, even though the device is only 0.67 inches thick. This is not thinner than MacBook Air, not, but it is so thin to feel modern for this price laptop. It also allows enough room to squeeze some heritage ports, including USB-A and HDMI. This is in addition to two USB-C ports and headphones jacks. My only complaint is that both USB-C ports are on the left, which is the only aspect you can charge.
One of the things that prevents Dell 14 Plus from feeling more premium laptop is the screen. It has some thick plastic bells, and it ends the fade with a heavy hand. Although it helps to relieve glare, it cheaper the display shape, which makes it look dim and more saturated. It is also very bad, as the screen itself is a solid. This is a surprisingly well -well -known Calibeth IPS panel that has colorful coverage. According to my test, it is at the top of the 332 nuts of brightness, which will not blow up your socks, but will not refrain from experience.
I should mention that Dell offers a better display option on its 2-in-1 models. This is a shining semen -led display, though it is not currently available from what he can see.
Dell 14 Plus has a serving keyboard and touchpad. Upon receiving the unit, I was worried about the quality of the touchpad, as it is an aspect of a medium -sized laptop that has a tendency to compromise. Touchpad is not perfect – the level is not as smooth as I want. But I am glad to know that this touchpad feels accountable, and that the click mechanism is not excessively loud.

Dell 14 Plus has only single processor options, Intel Core Ultra 7 256V. It is Intel’s modern, efficient CPU that provides solid jumps in battery life over the past generation. I have already experienced this chip several times, and Dell 14 Plus handles it right. Dell 14 Plus also works to be relatively cool and calm. This is not the laptop you buy, but the school, office work, or light content creation, has plenty of muscle in the School, Office work, or light content.
