Many, many smart watches, presented a dedicated “water lock” mode in many smart watches that disable the touch screen. However, Google can eventually add a dedicated shortcut of water lock with upcoming OS 6 updates.
While digging through the OS 6 developer preview, I saw new text strings suggesting a quick settings called “Water Lock”. Although the strings do not have the details of what it does, it will work as you expect: disabling the watch touch screen to prevent accidental inputs from water.

In particular, there is no mention of the water infection feature in the code strings. Without one, the new “water lock” mode will be practically identical to the mode Pixel Watch’s current “touch lock” feature. If this is the case, the only real benefit will be to provide consumers more clearly to enable their watch before they get wet.
Finally, although this “water lock” indoor OS 6 developer appeared in the preview, there is no guarantee that this feature will be shown in a stable update. All we know is that Google is preparing it for the OS platform wearing it. Whether the company enables it to its watches, it is something we have to wait and see.
