Google is expanding its focus on gaming with a new interactive experience called “Diamond District” on Roblox. Now directly directly on July 2. The four -week event is designed for members of the Google Play Points Program, which has access to sports, special virtual items, and even real reasons. This launch is ready to make Google’s ongoing Google efforts more competitive. Over the past year, the company has improved the cross device gameplay between Android and PC and has added new ways to earn and release play points. The “Diamond District” continues this pace, and nowadays brings game points to the most famous gaming platform.
Within the experience, players can find a virtual barrier course called “Obi”, where they collect gems, complete weekly challenges, and unlock new content over time. Every week, you will introduce new features by offering regular updates to keep players busy.
Play points members will have access to special areas in the game. Gold and platinum users may enter a VIP zone, offering a dedicated “VIP Walt” special user’s content (UGC). Players to access these facilities, players should link their Google Play Account with Roblox. All play point members can collect tokens, regardless of this, and they can release them for the goods or real -world trade. Rewards include limited edition pin, diamond district -based controller, and a mini -skateboard deck. Google Play says it is the first brand to provide such facilities for members of the loyalty program within Roblox.
The company is also increasing the benefits of play points ahead of Roblox. In the United States, members will soon be able to claim special trade goods from 100 thieves such as brands and receive more prizes from selected apps and sports in the program’s “use” tab.
The move is another step of Google’s wider pressure to increase its presence in gaming. Although the Play Store is still known for mobile apps, Google is investing in tools and partnerships to attract more gamers, developers and content creators to their ecosystem.
By presenting a mixture of digital and physical rewards, the purpose of the Diamond District is to keep players back after the week. It also gives members of the play points to be active in the Google Play environment. This is a significant change in the strategy, and it will be interesting to see how consumers react after the experiment in early July.
