Vivo unveiled X -Fold 3 last March, and its successor – called X -Fold 5 instead of Fold 4 – is coming soon. Vivo recently posted a video that lightens from Fold 5 Folds 3, weighing 219 grams. Now, a brand official shared some photos by comparing the Vivo X Fold 5 thickness with the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max.
These images have been added to Vivo X Fold 5 and in both folded and open states, the iPhone 16 is in place with Pro Max. You can see that in the open condition, the X -fold 5 iPhone 16 is thinner than the 16 Pro Max, but even in the fold estate, it is slightly thicker than the iPhone.
This is impressive because the iPhone 16 Pro Max is 8.3 mm thick, while the X -fold is 3 10.2 mm thick when folded. So Vivo X Fold 5 is not only thin than X -fold 3, but also light.
