The short answer is to go for a run! The long response is to go for a run that is at least 3.1 miles/5 k long and record it on your Apple Watch.
Once you work, you will receive the activity award, which is stalled like a track running along the colorful circles around ‘2025’. It is just like last year’s award, in fact, just with colors in a different history and colors.
You can receive the award by using the best apps of Apple Watch that combine workouts in the Health App, so you are not limited to using a native workout app on the watch.
My personal favorite Apple Watch -run app is a workout strings, which copy the best sports watches experience with which you can customize the data you see during the runs. Also, the maps are made in the app, so you can see it while walking.
That said, in recent years the ancestral workpile has been improving rapidly and has many nifty properties that you can use to expand your run, such as pacer mode. Why not try to go and celebrate a global running day?
If you are new to run but still want to earn the seeds, then you can use the run/walk strategy to target the distance need – walk for a minute and walk for one or two, and repeat until you reach 5K.
Whatever the app you use, just make sure you are applying your activity as a run so it is counted towards the award requirements.
