According to US communications workers, after two years of talks, the Zenimx media reached the Dianest Union agreement with the Zenimax Workers United, the United CWA, Microsoft. The union was actually formed in 2023 and it was immediately by Microsoft. It was recognized, which in 2024 pledged to remain neutral for the management of the Union in the Zenimax Officer.
The CWA says the new deal will cover more than 300 Xenimx employees, and it includes “board wages as well as minimum salary for workers.” The deal also includes the impact of the language to the AI and “a crediting policy -rescue language that clearly recognizes QA workers’ contribution to video games that help them in video games.”

Outside the Microsoft, the CWA also announced the United Game Workers-CWA Union at this year’s GDC, as another option for representation.
