Qualcomm’s loved ones and highly appreciated Snapdragon chips are in warm water after refusing to reject the patent violation case against the company. If the judge rules in favor of the Colibo Innovation Inc. – who has filed a lawsuit – Qualcomm can be forced to change the method of producing his chamber. The Kolabu Innovation Inc. has alleged that Qualcomm violated a patent that the former had obtained from Panasonic. The patent contains a microckonular chip that handles the system shutdown process. Qualcomm demanded the removal of litigation, but the judge ruled that the petition was premature.
Judge Alan Albright said there are some disagreements about some terms, such as “microckonoller”. The judge also ruled that the movement to reject the legalization of Qualcomm would be considered in later history after further progress.
Such legislatures often end with the accused party, who paid money or royalty to the person who prosecuted them. If the judge rules in favor of the Colibo Innovation Inc., Qualcomm can be ordered to pay a beautiful amount to the company. However, as a rigorous result, it can be seen that Qualcomm is said to prevent the use of microorganular chip in its Snapdragon processors.

This is far from the only problem that Qualcomm has to worry about today. Samsung and Apple are digging Qualcomm, and this is reducing the company’s income very deeply. In fact, Qualcomm CFO Akash Pakhewala has recently revealed that its shares are expected to fall in the iPhone 17 series.
In addition, rumors of the company’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite General 2 Chip will decide only major consumers like Samsung. Samsung is investing heavily in completing its Xinos processors to stop relying on snapdragon chips, which will cost hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
The Snapdragon processor is some of the most powerful chip sets that phone manufacturers can use today. However, it threatens to change the landscape of the smartphone industry soon – in addition to other issues that make the company corner.
