Earlier this month, we told you that Samsung was bringing a feature called tape to move the Galaxy users to the United States today, Samsung announced that the tape transfer was now ending. This allows the Samsung Galaxy user to send money to the bank account of a friend or family member associated with a debit card in their digital purse, which has been issued by a mastercard or a visa.
If your friend or family member uses Samsung Purse, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet, the tape for the transfer will send you to the recipient without installing a third -party payment app. With the NFC (near field communications), just active on both phones, just tap them and transfer within a few minutes. For a limited time, the use of the tap for Samsung transfer will not receive any fee, though identifying it, it appears that Samsung will eventually compete with the fee on the amount of transfer funds.
You can even send your phone directly to the master card or visa debit card by tapping your phone directly with the card. The chip embedded in the debit card will allow you to transfer even if the other party does not use digital purse.

If the recipient is not with you but somewhere in the US, you can still send them money using an online transfer tab in the Samsung Purse. The other person must use the Samsung purse for this option. Find the recipient in your contacts and with a phone number associated with a mastercard or visa debit card in their Samsung purse, you can send funds directly to their bank account.
The minimum transaction allowed $ 1 and the maximum transaction size is $ 500. The daily transaction limit is $ 500 and more than 10 transactions are not allowed in a 24 -hour period. The weekly transaction limit is $ 1,500, with no more than 50 transactions allowed in a 7 -day period. The monthly transaction limit is 000 7,000, with more than 50 transactions not allowed in a period of 30 days.
Samsung says you can use the tap for transfer into the following scenarios:
- Pay back to a friend for last week’s meal
- Receive money from a group of friends to buy concert tickets
- Tap their debit card directly to the user’s phone and submit payment from people included in the user contact list
- Send funds to others regardless of locations by looking for their Samsung account
We can use all the household Samsung phones that are “eligible for the Samsung Purse” and are installed in Android 12 or later.
