The iPhone 17 Air is coming to change the iPhone 16 Plus this September, and today a new report gives us some more details about its weight. It is said that it is 146 grams, though in the past reports of 145g and 150G have been claimed. So it is probably safe to understand that it will weigh between 145 grams and 150 grams.
This means that it will be lighter than Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Age. A portion of this is due to the fact that Apple will not use a titanium frame like Samsung, instead of a light 7000 series aluminum. It weighs 25-30 grams of the frame. The OLED display comes at 35 grams, the only 48 MP rear camera is at 5-7g, the A19 chip and the logic board weighs about 10-12g, the megasaf module and the “other electronic components” also go to 10-12G, then 15g glassback, and 35g battery.

Talking about, the rumor now claims that the Apple iPhone will use C/C tech to pack more cartoon in the air battery. The absolute potential is not known, however, it seems that each is less likely to be less than 3,000 MAH (more likely than 2,800-2,900 mA). Apple has already been given rumors of offering battery case for a handset, which will certainly negate the HIS to be extremely thin. This device is once again called 5.5 mm thin, which has defeated its main rival, Galaxy S25 Edge in another area.
The iPhone 17 Air allegedly will have 24 MP selfie camera, 8GB RAM, 120 Hz refresh rate OLD screen, always support, dynamic island, face ID, wireless charging, and global ESIM support.
