The Ford Motor Company has released a major memory of more than 1 million vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles, which has arisen from the problem of the Rear View camera system, which could result in damage to accidents and property.
The Rereave Camera System of the affected models potentially contains a “software malfunction”, which encounters drivers a video feed behind the vehicle, while also helping them safely backup. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, this problem is likely to cause this video feed “when the vehicle is reversed, delays, causing frozen or not displaying.”
About 1.1 million vehicles released between 2021 and 2025 were named in memory, which Ford presented to the NHTSA.
2021-2023 Ford was initially contacted by Ford after receiving three dozen complaints about the issue in Ford F -150 models. The company is familiar with at least one charge where a minor accident has resulted in the loss of property.
If your car has been withdrawn, it will need a free software update.
“The Tools Protocol Interface Module (APIM) Software will be updated by a dealer or by maximum air refreshing, without compensation, interim posts that inform the safety risk owners will be sent on June 16, 2025.” “Once the treatment is available, the second letter will be sent, the third quarter is expected for 2025.”
