What do you mean by creativity?
The creativity is not only about design, fashion, or art, but also about solving problems.
Humans have a significant ability to connect different pieces of information to solve new problems. I think software engineers can be extremely creative. Now, in the AI era, human creativity is even more important. In the long run, when humanity becomes a civilization that spreads into space, it is the creativity that will make us more competitive in the universe.
That is why we want to “entertain” technology once again to help influence human creativity. Personally, I was very impressed with Apple when I was young – the first iPod, the first iPhone, that’s why I’m in this industry.
But now the creative companies of the past have become very large and very corporate, and they are no longer creative. They are no longer impressive to the younger generation. So we are trying to bring it back.
We are also trying to be very transparent and human in our business efforts. For example, if you watch our YouTube videos, you will see that we try to introduce anything like our designers and software developers, so you can know them.
This is our way to work and the way to think. We hope this will encourage more young people to express their creativity.

Is your strategy working? How is the business?
Looking behind the last four and a half years, I think it’s working. We face many problems on a daily basis, but if we follow strategies like other companies, we cannot survive in this industry. We have to be different.
