NASA’s Europa Clipper Space Space ship took a red portrait of the Mars Fly during a trip to Jupiter’s icy moon on March 1, 2025. The spacecraft used the planet’s gravity to replace the speed and orbit for the next stage of its long intercourse travel, which reached 550 miles from the Martin level. The collision allowed the team to test the e -themes, a device called thermal Amigar, designed to study the level of potential life indicator of the Europa FR.

Mars Fly Bai Key device acts as calibration

According to a NASA report, Mars Flywai has been used as a caliber moment for the Europa clipper. The E -themes, in its 18 -minute period, took 1000 grassel snap shots of infrared, began reaching the ground on May 5. Compared to this recent dataset to confirm the accuracy of the Amigar with thermal maps from the Mars Odyssey Arbatter. Since Odyssey has been observing Mars since 2012, it provided a great thermal standard for comparing.

Infrared imaging to detect geographical activity on Europa

Phil Christinson investigated the data and made sure that the images taken by the Ed Theme were maned twenty years ago with thermal data of Mars. The e -themes detects infrared light and enables scientists to map the temperature change at the surface of the planets. When the clipper reaches Europa, the device uses this ability to find this hotspot, which is associated with the recent geographical activity under the icy layer of Jupiter’s moon. This indicates the search for a life beyond.

To detect the Subsport Ocean of Europa with heat signatures

The e -themes imaging is helpful in finding the hidden sea of Europa, which is located near the surface. The icy moon thread and dissolution are the result of maritime forces. Hot temperatures in such areas can indicate previous bursts. Moreover, it can also lead to areas where the middle sea rises upwards.

    Future Flybai Mission Plans

For the first time in space, this Mars Flybai also tested the radar device. According to statistics, the test went easily, however, scientists are still analyzing the results. Another clopper will do Earth Flying in 2026, before they land in Jupiter in April 2030 to find the ability to reside.
