You cannot scroll for more than 30 seconds through LinkedIn, without telling anyone that the Generative AI will either take your job or change it in a dramatic way. Avoid loudly that General AI will not take your job, but anyone who uses it will do it. So how do you show current or future employer that you are part of the former group?

Google has an idea: This week, Google Cloud unveiled the “Generative AI Leader” certification, which includes a multiple choice test to show your knowledge about your technology.

The test cost is $ 99. But if you are interested in AI and want to get more information from Google, the training course – which is 7 to 8 hours long – is completely free.

Spending money to get a test and obtain certification is one thing. In a job hunting or a promotion deal, credentials may prove to be valuable, but skills are probably more important.

And even if General AI is not something you think you will use or use at work, understanding how it works and is capable of it can be important. While some companies are all going in AI, others are getting more value on your human skills.

What is in Google Cloud’s Generative AI Leader Course?

The path of training includes some different types of training:

    • A section of basic concepts around Generato A. Just beyond chat boats
    • A section on how large language models and other machine learning systems work
    • A look at the wider tech space where there is AI at the workplace (naturally, with focus on Google Cloud)
    • Practical examination of General AI applications and tools at work
    • A review of AI agents – tools that you can work by

The course includes videos and interactive components, with exercises using Google’s gymnasium models and other tools.

Other ways to know about AI

General AI is present everywhere these days, and that means its use procedures and training sessions are almost daily. Google is not alone in offering something.

Microsoft has a special AI skill fest promotion until May 28, with extensive training and educational sessions for free. Just as the Google Cloud Course emphasizes Google’s technology, expect focus on the co -pilot and other Microsoft tools here.

LinkedIn announced last week that he would make 10 of his most famous courses free for all members at the end of May.
